Depression is when one loses interest in doing anything. Depression could be the result of bad health

I just need two slices of bread, an egg, onion and mayonnaise to prepare a simple sandwich for me. It is time consuming recipe and does not involve any complexity. So, I do love it. Sometimes I do follow some recipe to prepare a great sandwich at home but not very frequently due to lack of time.

I had an echocardiogram on Monday and my results were a weak heart and I read te report and it said moderate diffuse hypokinesis. Does anybody know what that is and should I worry? Indeed, whenever i have a cold i always drink a nice hot cup of garlic tea. It works like a charm!

Eating citrus fruits are also effective in treating colds.
And of course, one of the best treatment is water therapy.
The reason why we search and use this home remedies is for practical porpuses. Aside from that, it is a natural treatment, which is less or no side effects.

Other cause of depression is the negative feelings we have towards things.
We cannot avoid to be depressed sometimes, but we can lessen it through relaxation, or bonding with families and friends.

My favorite sandwich is a white bread or any bun and mayonnaise, and cheese and if it is summer, then I add tomato slices, and then in the winter unless I can buy some good looking tomatoes I add pickles. That is my all time favorite sandwich.I forgot sometimes if I have lettuce or spinach I might add that! Yummy!

I guess it depends really. If I go eat at Subway restaurant, I tend to get the same thing over and over again which is the Buffalo chicken sandwich. If they don’t serve Buffalo chicken then I will just have a turkey sandwich.
