When I married 22 years ago, I missed my parents too , very much.
However, calling them everyday means you are…[Read more]

No one should have the right to tell you how long you should take before you call your mum or dad, no one has a right to tell you when call your parents and no one has a right to call you names because you miss your mum. I mean parents are out back bones of we don’t talk to them oftenly then who should we talk to? They are the reason as to why we…[Read more]

What medication is best for controlling your blood pressure? My mom started usinh Vasoprin some months back ann started having hot flashes on her chest, which was signs of Stomach ulcer onset. She saw a doctor and he placed her on a different medication, even if you must use vasoprin, then ensure you take it immediately after a meal. Share and save a life.

The best cure, of course anti biotic. It won’t take days to heal the sickness and to kill the virus that causes cough and other bad sicknesses. If there is no available anti biotic, try lemons, squeeze 1 lemon and add one glass of water. If there is no available lemon, boil small part of ginger,Let it boil for 5 minutes, let it cool and drink it,lo,…[Read more]

Yes, I do. 3 Tbsp Vitamin C ascorbic acid, 1/2 cup honey, 1 pitcher water, grated ginger. Cool the beverage to drink 3 to 4 times a day.
Beef bones or chicken breast with skin broth to the rescue– when you feel hungry but can’t chew and swallow because of blocked nose and nasal discomfort.
Take walks outside where there are many trees and…[Read more]

I agree with you my friend. since they are so little it’s not like they are going to understand much out of it or even appreciate such a gift. it’s much more age appropriate to bring they sweets or toys

What I really think in relationship is if only we can swallow our pride .and sort things out when ever we are stress than to be putting blame on each other .of which it not going to help the situation than to worsting it……after all we both have equal right and deserve to respect each other to create love and kindness .
