Few things are better than a fresh, juicy tomato at the peak of the summer season. On salads, sliced into sandwiches, or sautéed in an omelet, tomatoes are a top pick when it comes to healthy summer eats; they’re about 94 percent water and low in calories. In fact, a medium-sized tomato will only cost you about 20 calories. Despite their low calories counts, tomatoes contain high levels of lycopene, vitamin C and potassium among a host of other good-for-you nutrients. Studies have found that lycopene (a powerful antioxidant) helps protect your skin against the sun’s damaging rays. So, not only will this fruit help replace lost electrolytes like potassium, but it will help fight against and even work to repair nasty sunburns from the inside-out. If you’re just looking for a quick snack, pop some cherry tomatoes in your mouth–they actually contain the highest amount of lycopene per serving versus other types of tomatoes.

Thanks, Giving Day is celebrated in the U.S with utter devotion to the deceased elderly people, religious heads, and loved ones. Each country is having its own way of celebrating it. In the U.S it is celebrated remembering the elders and the loved ones. The big gathering will be there. All fat meals with varieties of food mark the day of the Thanks Giving Day.
It is being followed as a custom and Tradition all over U.S So, if anybody wants to celebrate it with different orientation the significance of the very celebration becomes questionable. I think it would be appropriate to allow it flow freely binding all the U.S citizen together.

We usually have it on New Year’s eve, to have good life, more blessings ahead. A basket or fruit tray is filled with 12 different kinds of round fruits to signify a year-long abundance.

12 different fruits? I like the sound of that! 🙂

For me, not using my credit card online is the best thing to be able to avoid identity theft. I never use my credit card online.
And like you said, I am always aware of my bank balance at my savings accouht. Every time i withdraw, I keep the paper that evidences my withdrwal and balances. I keep them at the office on my steel cabinet. he he he But that is after I have seen it already and memorized it.
Though, I also check the balance sometimes through online banking. But I don’t do withdrawals or transfers through online.
Keeping tract of bank balances is smart for everyone. You seem to have a good system.
