PayMaya has this technology and it is beneficial to the Filipino who is earning online. I remember an individual has to open a Union Debit Card from the Union Bank before the PayPal could approve his account and could start receiving payment from online.

I have not heard about PayMaya app before. So it is like a virtual debit card, am I right?
I just checked out the site, and it looks good and easy to use too. But is it applicable for Philippine only? I hope there will be more similar app, so it will benefit us.
