kaylar – Yeah. Sometimes mine don’t work either. Most of my images come from the same site so why can I download one and not the others? I figure it’s my laptop was acting weird. From what I understand it’s OK to borrow images. Even if they are not free or public domain, but you get permission and give proper credit, you can use them. Isn’t that right? Or did I get it wrong?

Yes. Do be careful. One member’s unintentional mistake could get the site owners in trouble and it would be bad for everyone. As for the members who are engaging in this practice, I’m not going to call them out. That’s up to the site owners to handle. Not my call. I’ve over this! The rant got it out of my system. 🙂 Hoping the site stays online and continues to be successful.

All of those seeds make great salad toppings! Also, flax seed is good but you have to grind them and sprinkle. The seeds are also good in muffins. |

I love chocolates but I only get them on a special holiday. Last time I bought some gourmet chocolate was Valentine’s Day.

The only time I ate chicken and dumplings was when my mom made it. The closest thing to it that I’ve eaten was at a Jewish restaurant: chicken matzo ball soup. Both are very comforting.

The food pic looks familiar but I don’t think we call it cram crackers. Either way I love to dip a sweet cookie biscuit like that in warm tea and milk. When I was growing up my mom did not let me drink coffee. But once I got older, tea or coffee was fine for dunking! 🙂

The beauty of America is in its food diversity because of its people diversity. A favorite local snack? Depends on what part of America you live in and might also depend on the ethnicity. This is a memory from growing up in Miami, Florida and having a Bahamian background. These two food items were definitely a local favorite in my community and my favorite. Conch salad and conch fritters. This is the beginning of my list. I have fave snack foods from Puerto Rico, Tex-Mex foods, Asian food, etc. 🙂
Conch meat comes out of these beautiful shells.

A friend persuaded me to join ForumCoin. Been there two days. Coins accumulate quickly and I just learned that 500 coins = $5. According to my friend, they do pay! With her kind assurance, I’m going to give it a try! 🙂

cely ~ If I can chime in on this exchange between you and @evilelf, RE: Blogbourne. (???) I left the site when the Administrator/Moderator/Friend who asked me to joined dropped off the radar. It seems she is having personal issues. But BB still has active members. I’m just afraid to post anything there now because I keep thinking it’s going to disappear. Also to @evilelf, glad all is well with you. 🙂

Good question. All I can say is every site has their rules. Play by their rules or don’t play. 🙂 |

Yeah. What Mahesh said. I got my PayPal account verified and I’ve had it for so long I don’t even remember how I did it! But it couldn’t have been too hard if I did it! 🙂 |

Oh OK! So Foap is not exactly place for newbies to start. I get it! Thanks for clarifying. 🙂
