I am so thankful to God and myself for I never had in my life depression and anxiety problems.I think the foods that we eat contributes to these kind of problems.I am so thankful too for I do not eat pork, chicken, crabs, shrimps and other bad foods. Yes it does have many benefits when it is still whole and has not been used, but when you cut it its good to use it all at once, and not leave it over night to use it again the following day. that is what causes bacteria in the body and that can be dangerous. many foods are good when eaten at once than left overs.
