Just noticed this. Apologies for those who left comments at my blog posts. I am late with responding back because I don’t receive notifications via eMail when someone has left a comment. I do get eMails for other people’s posts however. (O.o) At any rate, thanks for commenting.

All of those seeds make great salad toppings! Also, flax seed is good but you have to grind them and sprinkle. The seeds are also good in muffins.

So you hear or read all this buzz from the health or food experts about eating raw veggies and you try to find creative ways to do that like juicing them or incorporating them into smoothie drinks. I recently watched the 2015 Bond Movie: Spectre.
It has a good suspense within the story. The background score during the movie adds an air of unknown fear and mystery. There is some brutishness and violence too.
The action is great.
Overall enjoyable watch.
