yes. I do follow some principle when it is a matter of taking diet. There are no hard and fast rules that I follow.
I prefer breakfast very rarely. I take my meals at 10 AM and it will be in small helpings. It generally consists of a veg curry of any vegetable. Any Dal item is a must. A dish made of green leaves also is a must. Finally, my favorite is the Curd. If, there is a ‘miss’ of anything I do not mind but the Curd is a ‘must’ for me. It should have full cream.
For lunch, I prefer a glass of juice. If it is not available I take one or two varieties of fruits in small quantities. Sometimes I even miss it. But, at 3.00 tea is a must for me. I changed it to Green tea instead of normal one. This is a very good one for increasing the immune system of the body. If the boy does not find any fruits he will bring only two Bananas and prepare Green tea for me. I will sometimes bypass the lunch even if the work warrants so.
My lunch will be a little bit different. It consists of vegetable curry with Chapatis or Rotis. Generally, I prefer three. But, the curry will be in more quantity. This much. During night, I take a glass of buttermilk as it is very effective in protecting the joints. It eliminates all gasses in the body. I take buttermilk which resembles the Russian drink KEFIR. There will be more water than curd in it and is like adding only spoons of curd to 3/4 glass of water. I add some ginger and lemon in small quantities.
While taking a meal the only principle I follow is mix the curries more in small helpings.
I do light exercise early in the morning getting up at 5A.M.
During weekends, we go to a good restaurant and there we eat our choice of food items including butter, cheese, and cream. This is a day meant for games and good food.
The only principle that should be followed always is eat proportionate to the work you do.-
Yes, I think that is good advice. But something substantial to keep you going through out the day is important.

yes. I agree with you These are the tips needed for everyone.
Most of the stress cases are due to less information about the result or unknown or outcome of the efforts made.
In many cases, people before attending an Interview suffer from stress. They know they are good. Still, they suffer from stress. They really feel stress for fear of the questions in the Interview which really does not carry any meaning at all. Lack of confidence is another factor for the stress. One should develop confidence while doing an activity. It is this quality in most of the cases, one can come out of stress successfully. -
And if these people being interviewed would do some research ahead of time about what they might be asked and what to wear at this job site then they will cut down on embarrassment and a bad interview. Lack of confidence is a big factor I think. And doing their homework would help with this. Confidence will grow as people experience things. It is taking that first step that is scary. And that gives me a new idea for another post. Thanks for your comment.

From my experiences of job interviews, I only get nervous when I was interviewed for my very first job interview.
I guess that is understandable because I haven’t experienced that ever yet.
But after being in that job for more than 15 years, I resigned and rested for about a year.
Then I started applying again. I never felt nervous during the interviews, because I am now more experienced and confident what to answer to the questions that might be thrown me.

The job interview was just a for instance. Most have had experience with those but I used it to describe how anxiety could come up.

Yes, it is. Many don’t know how to handle it and so it can be a real problem. Mental specialists is a good choice if it gets out of hand. I don’t have that options and I am sure some others don’t either. That is why I write about it.
