Good advice…..I jus might try this food and the Omega 3 fatty or howeva they are. I need to start some type of diet or eating right type of meal. I enjoy eating fruit more then I like eating meat but I need to start elimitating some foods that’s not right but also limit myself on a lot of things.

I love adventures, I love walks, picnics, everything that u can think of when it comes to the summer time. that’s my time off to be with my kids and family. All I understand is that when two people love each other and they want to spend the rest of there lives together. Then they choose to get married and have kids, and build a foundation with this life that they have choosen amongst one another. I can’t wait to share the same life with someone I love as well with that someone I love too.
