I can’t tell you how many times I have heard people say their life would not be the same if they had never learned how to read. In Jewish and Christian scriptures, many verses incorporate the words āIt is writtenā. I had never thought about until one day it dawned on me that I took my own reading and writing skills for granted. I began to view those 3 words in the scriptures differently. Hmmm? Even our Divine Creator saw a world where, if not all people, there would be enough people who could read and write, and spread the revelation of His Word. Amazing thought isn’t it?
Now don’t get off on an argument about my religion. Just think about it for a minute. A Divine Being taking literacy as a Given. Knowing that in this world, books would be readily available because people can write them (āIt is written.ā) and others would have the ability to read them! That’s visionary thinking. It’s something for all humans to celebrate! š

Thank you for sharing that! It helps me to look at the three words differently too. Though I am not a Christian, I am always happy to learn what Bible has taught us.
Though it seems like almost everyone around me has the ability of reading, not many people like to read especially not study books. I think it is really a blessing for those who love to read and still read, especially good books. I am also grateful for having so many written good books around, so we can read them and learn or get inspired from them.

I guess it’s because we are all book lovers here, and we would just like to spread this around. š

I love reading and i would say that it was my favorite pastime but mostly i read book or stories over the internet which im accessible to do. For me, reading a book is very beneficial for everyone not only you will learn something on it but it also a proven source of knowledge

Books are the blessing of God on earth because the first book was written by God and call Revelation given to the prophets for the betterment of human beings.
Books are more poisonous than a Scorpio, some books are to read again and again because they are full of wisdom as The Proverbs, book in the Bible.
How to celebrate Book Lovers Day
In order to truly appreciate Book Lovers Day, one must only find a story and read it. Maybe you wish to dive into the unknown with a good mystery, or see magic in a high fantasy setting, or be enthralled in a steamy romance. The individual genre of your reading is not the big piece of this, just that you do read is. Maybe a visit to your local library is in order? After all public libraries existed even way back in the Middle Ages, but they didnāt really let many folks take books home. The librarians in those days chained books to shelves or desks in order to prevent theft of the carefully hand written tomes.
Many librarians will gladly help you find a title to read, giving a brief explanation on what it is about if they have read it, or giving it a little flip and reading about it quickly in the synopsis. But no matter your preference,
if you read it at home with a cup of tea, share a book meeting with friends or go to the library and make use of the wonderful pieces on those shelves, just enjoy your reading, revel in the book and find a way to read during Book Lovers Day!

I think that feelings of severe despondency and dejection. “self-doubt creeps in and that swiftly turns to depression”
Anyone suffering from depression will tell you, itās not imaginary or āall in your head.ā Depression is more than just feeling ādown.ā It is a serious illness caused by changes in brain chemistry. Research tells us that other factors contribute to the onset of depression, including genetics, changes in hormone levels, certain medical conditions, stress, grief or difficult life circumstances.
Men and women of every age, educational level, and social and economic background suffer from depression. There is no area of life that does not suffer when depression is present. Marriage, parenting, friendships, careers, finances ā every aspect of daily living is compromised by this disease. Once an episode of depression occurs, it is also quite likely that it will recur.
And the impact of depression can be even more severe when it occurs in combination with other medical illnesses such as diabetes, stroke, or cardiovascular disease, or with related disorders such as anxiety or substance abuse.
Let your emotions be peaceful and do not be greedy an do not crave for the things that cannot be bought will be no depression.

Yes, you are right. I would prefer to run or jog in the park, rather than in the gym, as there is more fresh air outside. š
But I think some would prefer proper training in gym, as there are professional trainers who guide them to do the workout and perhaps they know how much they have improved. Moreover, some might think it is too boring to jog alone in the park. I have friends who prefer to pay and go to gym. š

That’s a nice anecdote at the end of your post and your point is taken. Each day is a brand new day. Some people like to ask: Does life give you second chances? My answer: As long as you live, each day you woke up was more than a chance. It was a precious blessing gifted to you by your Creator. Don’t screw up! If you already screwed up, then don’t keep screwing up! DUH!! Don’t wait for any chances. Rather use the time you have been given wisely. š
Psst is most important for everyone because some persons past becomes good and some have bad past due to poor circumstances or due to any injustice in our society is the main cause of problem belonging to mind, spirit and soul. When past be bad the first of it effects human soul and along with human mind and spirit also effect at once due to be soul illness.
It is no secret that the majority of us with anxiety have “thinking” problems that sometimes tear us down and make us feel miserable and depressed. Although some of these “thinking styles” may come very naturally to us, it is always possible to change or restructure thinking so that we can be more rational, allowing life to be more enjoyable and productive.
Our emphasis in therapy is always toward the practical: That is, how can I take the information I learn in therapy and apply it to my daily life, so that my life can be calmer and more peaceful, and I can better cope with the difficulties I face in life?
I dwell on negative events or worry excessively about what might happen in the future. When I get into this “vicious cycle” of thinking, it is hard to think realistically and remember all the good and positive things in your life.
The negative things we dwell upon are not helpful to us at all. They lead us to think even more negatively and we get stuck in this cycle of “over thinking” and the “racing” thoughts about negative events that have happened and which we think will continue to happen.
Solution: Learn to put a stop to this negative vicious cycle of thinking and to replace these ANTs thoughts with rational, progressive statements and thoughts that are more realistic.
