I have read many a books on democracy but I could not find its definition in nay book that be reasonable and could fulfill the requirements. I conclude that democracy is a fraud with the innocent people of the whole world. Politicians take vote in the name of democracy but after winning the election they do what they want. I have studied many books human health but after studying the whole a couples of books I find that man’s body needs vitamins and minerals that we get from fruits and vegetables, grains and dry fruits, sea food and all green vegetables. We must eat all these things to save health for a long time.

I have seen youths roaming in parks, Malls, and in the big markets wasting precious time in window shopping neither something buy nor something sell just wasting time and going home like sheep in the sheep house. Youths must think seriously on this matter. Some waste their time in using mobile or watching blues on internet is not a good habit.
