No one has a perfect life.

    • Smile is contagious, as it is proven by myself. Even if I am not smiling wide, but my lips are pursed into a semi-smile and my eyes looks happy, I always get to see a smile too to the person I meet along the way and even on the jeepney I ride to work each morning.

When I also get smiles, I feel happy because I was able to make them smile, as they too made me happy and positive to face the day.

A smile can make an achy heart smile too. It helps them to at least be happy even for that very moment they smile, even if their heart is achy.

If only all the people will smile when they meet people on the streets, this world will be a happy place to live.

Krishna Kumar wrote a new post, What Should One Do If They Are Suffering From Dizziness Suddenly 7 years, 8 months ago

Credit image share to wisegeek.org images(23).jpg

There are many occasions in our life when we feel dizzy,  some of the reasons for dizziness are low amount of blood content in the body, vertigo, extreme […]

    • I have always had dizzy spells, but this comes from jumping off the bed suddenly or waking up too fast. In such situations, I just relax in the spot I’m in for a while, then I’m fine. Usually, people say you lack blood, so you should be taking vitamins to help you with that. Its not so much of a common occurrence so I see it as nothing. I have also fainted from lack of food while buying stuff in the market. I took folic acid on an empty stomach with no food before and after, so that put a whole lot of strain on me, so I got dizzy and fainted, but was revived with water and a meal.

      • Happy to know that you are find now. I would still advise you to go for a checkup after advice from the doctor. One more thing is prevention is always better than the cure. So if one is able to find out the reason for such a thing happening and the reason for the dizziness it will help one in alleviating the problem faster and better.

Once we are aware of the issue, it is half the battle won. I have come across some people who have had dizziness and have fallen down from the bed as they were disoriented and unfortunately had serious injuries. All this takes a toll on the individuals health. There is also lot of wastage of time and money too. The members of the family will also be anxious. I wish you best of health and request you to take care of your health well.

No Amount Of Anxiety Can Change The Future

    • Our life is lie this running water. It will only stop running if there is long drought and when rain comes its appearance shows disturbances of its usual route, the same way to humans, the flow only stops and future hops end if life ends. Those disturbances are like humans for they are part of life while still living the same way with this flowing water it may suffer many abuses like toxic materials thrown onto it, wastes of many origins , flood.

    • You have pointed out such great points in your post. You are right that today’s children have lost themselves in online games and internet surfing. Those days when we use to play outdoor games have just become history here in our country so might be yours too. The technology has made us more away from each other’s than what it seems like.

    • I love the video/photo above. So timely for this summer. Yes, I agree, one need not worry about the future, however, that worrying can also challenge one to do his best to have a brighter, happier tomorrow. It can make one be assured that he will be capable of having a good life; but nothing will happen, nothing will change if one will do is just to worry without trying his best to achieve something for his future.

    • Nitin Pednekar, Hi thanks? You are right, the children of today may never experience playing games outdoors where fresh air and beauty of nature abounds. They are facing this time different world we had in the past. I agree that youths of yesterday are better than youths of today.

    • Yes, we need not worry about the future, but we have to do something in order to make better our future. We should equip ourselves with knowledge and skills in order that we can be hired for better paying jobs.

In line with that, we should also learn how to live within our means so we can also save some for our future.

Most of all we should always ask for the guidance of our God in doing what we can for the betterment of our future.

    • @Dina, Hi friend? yes true, we need to utilize our potential in order to raise a happy family and self. We never care about struggles for what is in our mind is old age that must be secured and protected against loses and other financial disabilities. When one is younger, never would it come to his or her mind about future that bears old age. Many do not care that is why when they are old, they will be burdened by their family who also have a family if their own.

Cassy Janine wrote a new post, BASIC TIPS ON HOW TO SPEAK IN PUBLIC 7 years, 8 months ago

Communication is being used in our daily lives. However, there are those who do not have the confidence to speak in public.

During our training on how to speak fluently in English, there are some guidelines […]

    • It is often told that if speaking is silver then silence is gold .But it is not always true.Speaking is very impressive when it is told with courtesy. We should speak with politely. I am agree to your above mentioned tips in the article.
We should not speak alot but small and meaningful. If we speak less it will put a impress on on our listeners. We should not be rude at the time of speaking. Our tone should not be full of any type of anger. If we talk angrily other will check out easily. So we should be calm and polite.
Our eyes always we on the face of listener due to we understand the imotions ap earing on his or her face. Our face should be light smiling and not to looking conscious most of the occasions except consoling any death mourning occasions.
We should not be go out of the subject matter mostly but only when it is necessary. Our conversation should be less and completing. It should be covered the whole topic.
There are several political leaders in past and present who are well known by their good speech which is result of good speaking techniques. If we have done any wring we should be ready to accept that and beg sorry for that then our listener will feel comfortable. We can discuss any matter regarding any displease. I f we keep in mind these thoughts there will be nice and appriciable conversation. Our listener will be satisfied.

    • how to speak in public is really hard topic, though good tips there but that dont apply to all the people, it depends on the discussion that they want to do, depends on the person him or her self and on the society and area that the speak will be done at, that is really lots of work to do if you want to speak in publlic and i guess no general rules for it sense there are many things to consider when doing it
