Bougainvillea is indeed beautiful and we have this in our home. Although it doesn’t require much maintenance they are pleasant to have in our garden. It surrounds the wall in our home and forms a natural garland in our home.
We have this plant in the entrance of our college and it is one of the major attractions and landmarks to our college, This Bougainvillea stands as a pretty landmark in the entrance. Other than Bouganvillea we have so many exotic flowering trees which add the beauty to our serene environment.
I just love them and planning to have more of them in my home. Thanks for the article. 🙂

Once they are planted they stay there forever with may be with a bit of trimming.

Our tongue is very sensitive, fleshy so we can expect better hideout of tongue bacteria. The may not create tartar to harden our tongue but bacteria from it might travel to other parts of our body. Let us be healthy all the time.

Tongue brushing is as important as teeth brushing but brushing the tongue is not exactly comfortable.

@Ngiam Kee Wei , hahaha, that is true that is why when I brush my tongue I feel the discomfort.I cannot brush well side by side only the taste buds part. I just gargle well to kill the bacteria. we can feel our tongue becomes smooth after brushing, but avoid eating another after brushing, you can taste a food well, seems dull taste only after some hours.

Well said. When i wake up in th3 morning i get to brush my teeth first thing I cannot eat or put anything in my mouth before I brush my teeth. I feel very uncomfortable the thought of having bacteria in my mouth is so real. We all know that bacteria lives in our tongues it’s not even on our teeth or the gums. The tongue holds a lot of bacteria and that’s what we need to take care of before we can eat anything.

@Anitah Gimase, Hi friend? Thank you so much for sharing your valuable thoughts and feelings of this blog, very much appreciated. Yes. true, it is not the teeth not gums having bacteria but our tongue. The bacteria sticks to our tongue accumulating there and causing bad breath, Thet must be destroyed even my a local tea.

I find it so discomfort brushing the edge of our tongue hehehe. It seems I like to vomit if brush side by side. I can only afford to brush my tongue at the middle part called the taste bud. I do not know if you too feel the same way I observe when brush my tongue at the side parts.
It is very much important to include brushing our tongue to get rif of bad breath and to avoid bacteria accumulation that may ruin our teeth,They are called tartar or mouth cavities.
