I with the idea and belief of jhsayyar towards hatred, but then, I must also agree that we can always felt hatred towards others sometimes.

Even if you are that very optimistic person, it is always in the nature of human to hate someone. Maybe we can not directly hate the person, but we HATE THEIR BAD DOINGS, THEIR UNFORGIVEABLE ATTITUDES OR CHARACTERS.

@Sachin Phardi, your idea is also true, we need calories  for our body health, but then, we should control it.

It is okay to intake too much calories if we are doing an exercise daily as you have said, but if not, then we should see to it that our food is of low-calorie content.
