@peachpurple I have enough images of my own to cater to the whole world 😀 Depending on what my blog is about I sometimes need to go on the Net to get suitable images.

@ruby3881 I will stick to Wikimedia commons images where everything is crystal clear. For me pixabay is a chapter closed issue now. I always used wikimedia commons images and that will be my choice and no other. |

@shallo walia I am fully aware of these rules but they do give free images to those who have an account with them. In the process of uploading there could be stray cases when a rule is overlooked and this could happen even with those who are veteran writers. |

They say a cold takes 7 days to cure with medicines or 1 week without. (lol) I normally apply vicks and that helps me a lot. |

@shavkat I have been shopping on line since 2013 and have hardly encountered any serious issues.

@ruby3881 – Shutter Stock does have many that are free. This particular owner of Shutter Stock as a huge album. And those photos have appeared on pixabay Coming to the writing exercise on sites such as this it is kind of a sounding board for many such as you who are visible on the Net in a big way. Not poor me whose main aim here is to enjoy writing and in the process appreciate the sound of those cents that jingle in my paypal account. |

@Rubhy3881 I wanted to do this myself – ofcourse after giving credit to you. 🙂 There is one point that I want to bring out and that is about how LB looks at our posts and how they rate them vis-a-vis the Net. I feel catching the attention of the Net will be more in the interest of the site per se than us getting any viable benefit out of it – may be more views, provided we share them. |

It has nothing to do with images. I have asked support to let me know where they found my stuff on the Net. In all fairness to users they should provide this info. And as for shutter stock images on pixabay I wonder why they are there at all. No mention is made by pixabay specifically about this unless you have come across something on this. I actually prefer wikimedia commons images where everything is clearly mentioned about who owns those images and stuff.
