@bestwriter Congratulations, Grace! And to you too @sunil!
I am still a few dollars short, but I think I will try to get more posts submitted and see if I can make it for the 31st. I have two in the queue right now, and a couple on my hard drive that just need finishing touches.
I am also hoping that if things go well, more of us will be earning…[Read more]

@bestwriter What do you think of iwriter, Grace? I signed up for an account there a long while back, but had a lot on my plate and never tried any of the assignments. Do they pay reliably?
I have an Expert rating at HireWriter, which I initially liked very well. I haven’t written for them in a long while, though. There was a pretty dry spell for…[Read more]

@bestwriter I don’t think the keywords are “hot” here if we use the # hashtags – though it would be much easier to find one another’s posts if they were! Perhaps we could lobby @support to add this to the wishlist?
@swalia It would also help if the admin had a regular presence on social media. If they were to use a social media management app…[Read more]
@bestwriter Actually, having to write on an assigned topic is a challenge even for experienced content writers. Most of the really excellent writers I know occasionally engage in such exercises because it keeps the skills sharp. Always writing on our preferred topics, with little or no editorial oversight, tends to dull a writer’s ability over…[Read more]
@bestwriter That’s an excellent question! First, keep in mind that the exercise is intended to help improve our writing skills & give practice with specific skills such as:
Writing list posts; Writing effective titles; Learning to take a straight forward topic (e.g. smells) and identify a unique approach that will allow us to add value – a…[Read more]
@scheng1 Yes, there’s a lot of latitude! And there are some current news stories that have a longer shelf life (e.g. the new Chanel perfume that will debut in the fall) that tie into the topic. Plus, the Chanel model is Johnny Depp’s daughter & I hear he’s now in a divorce…. So lots can happen both in the post, and in terms of linking posts on…[Read more]

@bestwriter Unfortunately, if we are paraphrasing news most people will prefer to just go straight to the big box media sites. That doesn’t mean your text is less worthy, just that people have a habit of going there instead of reading at a less known site.
Try to work on the titles, and maybe add some personal content or an unusual twist to your…[Read more]
@bestwriter I have to agree with you that a preview and an edit function are much needed here. @support has said several times that the admin are expecting things from us, but often it does feel as if we are creating with our hands tied. We could also very much use an HTML view in the submit form, and not just the rich text or WYSIWYG view. This…[Read more]
@morgoodie Now if you saw that image on Twitter or Facebook, wouldn’t it make you want to click? This is why @support emphasized the value of a featured image. But it shouldn’t just be an old image, as we saw with the post by @bestwriter when staff added an image because the one she tried to add wouldn’t upload. It has to be appealing to the…[Read more]

@bestwriter/I just read your post
These are my opinion:
1) Your title isn’t a killer title. No wonder I don’t see any comments. Sorry this may sound hurtful but killer titles work out well . I would suggest it should be “Beauty Review-Radyance Skin Brightening Complex
2) the featured picture isn’t convincing and not a stand out. Maybe you…[Read more]

@bestwriter for me, good quality posts mean posts that help me solve problems without the need to read through pages and pages of theory
@peachpurple You have given me an idea for the third fun writing project! On second thought, it is not a fun writing project, it will be an seo-theme writing project.

@bestwriter perhaps all is for the best.
Those who continue writing to the end feel cheated.
They have faith in the team, and they write without getting a single cent for months, and all they get is a sudden closure, and they lost all their articles if they did not keep a copy.
Kyla Matton Osborne (Ruby3881) replied to the topic Preview of posts in the forum About LiteracyBase 8 years, 6 months ago
@bestwriter Agreed, a preview before publishing can be helpful for both posts and comments.
As far as the abuse of the edit button goes, I think sites need to learn to trust the regular contributors not to abuse. There are good reasons to edit, not the least of which is to correct errors or to update information in order to improve the SEO value…[Read more]

@bestwriter There is no doubt that you are a very good writer who writes from your heart.
I have not heard of a single bad thing written by you to complain about anyone.
Your posts are always encouraging and uplifting!

@bestwriter That was really weird and unfair to you as well. Do you still have all your posts there? Perhaps you can re-post them.
@jentleheart Yes, I agree with you. So, we do not need to open so many programs too. Let’s wait for the enhancement later. I am sure the team will surprise us with some good features soon! 🙂

@bestwriter haha too right 🙂
@peachpurple after my two initial c-sections, the doctor always gave me date for operation for next teo because she said that natural birth could cause complications. Also, I was given a waterproof bandage and was helped to bath the very next day and take small walks. The doctor said it helps in quick recovery.
@bestwriter I am not sure if your first post in Bubblews with 440 characters is included space or not. Some word count tool gives you the total number of characters with or without space, but I remember reading in Bubblews, the minimum 400 characters is without space. I think it was not stated clearly. But, even if yours was 440 characters with…[Read more]

you mean it is difficult to find tea leaves grown on land?
You can buy tea leaves in sachets or tea bags right?
I guess that home grown tea leaves are scarce.
