@bestwriter Awesome, Grace! You should start a new thread in the writing challenges forum, and link your post so more people will know about it 😀
@bestwriter I did the PP challenge in a month, finishing with a total of 36 posts. There are roughly the same number of categories here too, some of which are very specialized technical areas.
I doubt anyone could complete all the categories in a week, let alone a day. If we’re talking about 3-5 categories, I would say you’ll get better results…[Read more]
@bestwriter Your comment challenge was a great idea! You know, maybe something like that would help get people interacting more on the posts here. But yes, it was @dawnwriter who proposed the category challenge on PP 🙂

@bestwriter I am so happy they work! 😆 It’s very 😎 to have a few extra emoticons. It looks like maybe we could get support to add to the collection later too.

@bestwriter/
nah…. I don’t think so either. Who would be interesting to hear my daily rant except at Mykites?
Anyway, I won’t be writing any rants post anymore.
I had decided on that.
I will focus on recipes, health and parenting posts.
@ruby3881/
I agree with you, focus on those categories that we are familiar with, would be easier to…[Read more]

@grecy095/
I understand that you are busy sis, no offend about not replying, I understand your situation.
However, I do love your posts about your life, really interesting.
I try to reply if I get to check my latest post but for my old post, I doubt I would check on them.
So, that is why, I had mentioned it would be better to have a…[Read more]

@bestwriter I will not subscribe to email notifications. Nor will many others. It’s too cumbersome to navigate back and forth when I’m already on the site anyway, and it creates extra work for me.
If you want a reply from me it’s simple: tag me. I do check all my mentions and whenever a response is indicated, I give one.
Nobody here is obliged…[Read more]

@bestwriter that’s what I do not want.
My inbox is flooded with so many emails, and I do not want anymore to flood it.
oh well, rant about:
daily routine
daily household chores
daily unhappiness
daily boredom
daily rant about nobody is listening
etc….
@4cryingoutloud/
have you really tried each of the category in the list???
yes, but I never read my emails, too many junk mails.
oh yes, definitely the author should reply.
This is a MUST , a token of appreciation and a good mannerism.
However, I noticed that many don’t because they weren’t NOTIFIED.
For example:
When my posts had been published I didn’t know that anyone had posted any comments until I go to my posts and check them out.
The best way…[Read more]

@bestwriter/ I love chocolates too I have never tried Lindt because it is an expensive chocolate, imported one. So, I would buy Vanhouten, Cadbury brand which are cheaper and I prefer dark chocolates compare to milk chocolates. Do you know that dark chocolates can prevent blood clot? Helps to reduce the big C? Yeah, although it may taste a bit bitt…[Read more]

@bestwriter I think you would like Dove chocolate.
@oksummer I like dark chocolate more now than I did when I was younger because it is not as sweet and I do not have to eat as much to get the satisfaction of eating chocolate.

@bestwriter That is quite funny and maybe @Suny is right they are getting back at you for stealing all their shampoos from their hotels. Lol At least you have a good sense of humor about things. That is good. Hope your other posts are better paid than this one since you were not happy about the amount you got for it. Maybe they draw the e…[Read more]

@bestwriter My article of 2000 words get only 35 cents!
I think no matter what your rate is, you are much better than me when you average out the rate per word.

@bestwriter so sorry for that. Maybe I am not reading it right, talking about me being no brain.
peachpurple replied to the topic Support does not like anyone swiping shampoo bottles from hotel rooms in the forum About LiteracyBase 8 years, 5 months ago
you are doing well my friend, i doubt anyone could earn $1 per post!
even 1000 words didn’t make it to 35 cents!
peachpurple replied to the topic Emoticons in the forum About LiteracyBase 8 years, 5 months ago
uh…uh.. nope it didn’t!
Yeah, I saw your posts with the smiley emoticons.
I found this at Facebook for the kiss
