Very true challenges will always be with us wherever we go we have to pass through them an all we need to tell ourselves is that even in the midst of trials God always gives us the strength and wisdom to go through them.

That is the best thing that you could do for yourself being able to just look at yourself an say I a beautiful and wonderfully made, nothing or no one should tell you that you are not good enough.
