Well even I am having certain problems in life apart from money matters that at times make me and my family restless. At times, we feel if God singled us out for some bad treatment. But then I think its best to carry on with life and at times, getting away and doing stuff like meditation can help.

Yes I have read about it. It is a typical Dan Brown story with a lot of historical and cultural facts and some lesser known observations. Drags a bit in the end, but great overall.

Well, a few people used to talk about this site sometime in May last year on a forum in a social media App.
I was initially not very keen on the site, but once Blogjob went non-paying and with some other sites getting me nowhere, I plunged into it in July last year. So far I have had one payout, and trying to speed up to my second payout here.

@krishnakumarks for stopping all this animal slaughter, large number of people will have to stop eating meat. Or else, meat production ought to be done of only dead animals, but I do not know if that meat can cause diseases.

Some very good summer food and drinks options, and keeping a light stomach is very important. Very oily, spicy food can cause adverse impact.

Even I at times have sweet stuff when I should be showing restraint. Still I feel at least I follow some restrictions in terms of food I should eat and avoid at certain times.

I have also read and heard a lot about Omega-3 on TV.

Many cooking oils and even need butter brand states that they have good amount of Omega-3.

But as I can’t eat fish, I will have to find vegetarian means of getting Omega-3.
