A problem shared is a problem solved. I like to share my problems with google but not humans. After God, then google before man, but I am not looking up to man for a solution but to hear and find out that you are not the only one in that same boat. It calms you down a bit when you here you are not the only one experiencing such problems. Recently in Nigera, there has been a lot of suicidal deaths due to lack of help. I believe if you speak up, there will be a solution or remedy. Death is not an option people, live life and be hopeful.

you can not say no for completely life with no processed food, since its in everthing you will find these things, in baking, in restaurants, in sweets in chips in tea or coffee in juice, there is nothing without processed food but too many little things and these things are high price, so we can not live without processed food, life is pricey now actually very pricey , so processed food rescue people, reduce it is good idea, but no for sure will not help any to live properly, also makeup has processed things and it goes to skin can people stop it, no. hopefully economy change and maybe then we can eat fresh food

It is a good decision which you have taken. But I feel totally stopping processed food would not instantly possible. But if we decided to go for it and are able to do so it is a good thing. But the important thing is we should not stop this in between and this should be a decision which we should continue for the whole of our life. It is wrong on the part of companies too to not inform the public of what they are doing and what are the harmful effects of the processed food. There should be some sort of labeling done for the public to know which food produced and packaged causes what harm and side effects.
Thirty years ago there was not much of packaged food industry. Majority of them were being manufactured by small scale industries which were family based. The quality was also good and so was the digestion. If one consumes additives and other things over a period of years it causes health issues which will be different among different individuals which one will not know till a long time. By this time the damage to the health would have been done and things would be irreversible. It is always better to be safe than be sorry. It is better to limit consumption of packaged food if not totally stop it. A important issue and a good article.

Interesting article about eating out at Punjabi Dhabas in Hyderabad on the outskirts of the city. I have had the fortune of having food at different dhabas on the outskirts of the city. I found the locations to be safe and welcoming. Many of the places where I have been also had grass grown there and it is watered in the evening especially in the months of summer. It is rustic and gives one the feeling of having the food in a rural setting.
I generally order Tandur roti or Sada roti and with it curry like palak paneer, aloo paneer and mutter paneer. I have also had makke ki roti and sarason ka saag too. It is a place where one can have his food at peace unlike the city restaurants where there is rush for seats. If we find a dhaba crowded there is always another next door welcoming you. All in all my memories of eating in a Punjabi Dhaba have been refreshed by your article. Thanks for the share.

Greed is the game for the division. Humanity are being taught how to be greedy the legal way through the quest for money. Now all economies are build on monecracy and so to be in it you must desire to be greedy or else u can’t make it
This is the true affairs of the worlds economic divison which can not change unless we stop the monecracy

Hi suny,
I perfectly understand how you feel when that friend or acquaintance of yours failed to return the precious books that you owned. I’m sorry to hear your story but it do sometimes happened in life.
The kind of incident that you have narrated has happened to me many years ago. Someone borrowed from me some law review books. Unfortunately that guy who borrowed from me likewise never ever return these books which he borrowed from me. I’m not sure if he ever passed the examination.
I am not selfish with my books and I could easily lend it to someone who really needs it. But it is really disappointing if someone is mean not to return the same.
In that case you felt really offended because of the breach of trust and confidence. That’s the very reason why we lend our books to the person who needs it, due to our trust and confidence with that person and at the same time our good intention of somehow to help other people.
Every book lovers know how important our books are to us. Book is our life and our friend and constant companion. We don’t just get any of our books for free but purchase it with our hard earned cash or money.
Our books are considered an extension of our personality for it is our own personal property. It is really very disappointing when others failed to return what is ours.
I even consider it stealing if you didn’t return any borrowed things not necessarily with regards to books for that matter.
Anyway, just like you’ve said, it is a lesson learned not to part with our precious possession such as our book to just anybody.
If and when there will be a time that there will be someone who will borrow any of my book collections I will politely decline and say no this time.

It’s really great that you are personally looking into the indebt details of the constitution of your house. I have no idea of the hollow bricks because we have only seen those red bricks all our life. But new technologies have advanced a lot and made to fit for the current situations.
