I still believe there is something out there in Loch Ness, but then I think I have some Scottish ancestry! As for dogs, we once had one that preferred a red ball and the cat I have now likes grey and blue toy mice over white.

I have always heard about lightning not striking in the same place twice but i am pretty sure it is possible. Weather is not controllable so you can’t tell if this could happen or not. This is probably believed to happen because when there is a strom it tends to move, which means the clounds move and lightening shouldn’t strike in the same place twice. It could happen thought. There is a very little chance this could happen but still, it could happen.

So it looks like you have presented very convincing proof tha technology has absolutely no control over the human mind. 🙂

Very informative, especially on animals who can only see white and black; so dogs and cats can really see different colors?

Nice piece of researched information. It does take some time for these to register in the mind of the ordinary man who has been fed with the information which used to exist before and be believed by all. Many of the things which were earlier thought of impossible are now being proved otherwise.
Science itself has had many theories before which themselves were proved subsequently to be wrong. As more new details keep emerging many thins will be cleared and we can have a clear perspective of how we see things. As time goes on many more things which are called scientifically proved today will also be debunked.

some myths are not wrong like the camel hump they may not have water but they do help the camel to survive in a different way. and some myths are good

This are technologies with thier researches still going on, i guess i misunderstood the headline.
I thought quantum computing is already in existence?? didn’t know the research is still on.
This is gonna be funny but i know a guy who claims that humans came down from mars, mars was a very civilized country but a was wiped out by a giant meteor – I did not say it oo, just quoted someone! -
Nothing is impossible with science. But I do not like the idea of floating cities. It will destroy the ecosystem in our seas/oceans. Where will they throw/dispose their wastes?

Science affects us all, every day of the year, from the moment we wake up, all day long, and through the night.
Your digital alarm clock, the weather report, the asphalt you drive on, the bus you ride in, your decision to eat a baked potato instead of fries, your cell phone, the antibiotics that treat your sore throat, the clean water that comes from your faucet, and the light that you turn off at the end of the day have all been brought to you courtesy of science.
The modern world would not be modern at all without the understandings and technology enabled by science.

Scary indeed. Ive got a few insedents myself that got the hair on my neck stand up. Like koffeecans flying around in my flat! Some-one tapping me on my back! And a person with a bleu face with long hair hanging over his face!standing infront of my freezer! Stuff like that! Evil ad can be and i didnt like it. Hope i never experience something like that again.
