SuperD started the topic What' Next After 'Newbie' Member? in the forum About LiteracyBase 8 years, 2 months ago
Maybe the question is, how to become a member with a higher level than a ‘newbie’? I have seen lots of active members here and yet their levels are still newbie?
I know we all started at this level but I just want to know how to step to the next level. How many articles do you need to post? How many forums do you need to make? How many…[Read more]

@shaloo walia I saw one of your posts – a comparison blog. Well written.

Maybe for you approval is quick
@shaloo walia We have all been paid and a number of times here. The reason for delay in approval is understandable. If there is no money because of less activity by the community as a whole from where can the site pay. When there is no activity there are no Ads. I too were lax and paid more attention to TinyCent. I will not do that again. I will…[Read more]
If the delay was reasonable, i.e. I post at 10 pm and everyone knocks off work at 7pm and the item isn’t seen and passed until 10 am or 12 pm I can think of my time zone and try to post in the morning. And if I post at 9 am and the item is moderated by 1 pm I can say yeah, busy mods. But the delay is unreasonable. And gets worse the closer on…[Read more]

I see the point but it is a two way street. One can not expect me to participate when I feel used.
The slow moderation is offensive to me. It is not just a few hours, it is days. So if the site collapses because of the slow moderation it is not my fault, is it? Yes, the slow moderation makes me reluctant to write, so instead of posting two it…[Read more]
@shaloo walia – It works both ways. The fact that only 3 have reached payment means other members have not been active. If this continues this site will not last. It is for the members to be as active as possible. I was just wondering if TinyCent was not there may be there would be more activity here. And to think that I was the one who i…[Read more]
The delay in moderation effects my creativity. I often have spurts and will write three or more items; different ideas, topics, etc. When I post them here, and they sit and wait for two days or so, (one is usually rejected) it is discouraging.
It seems evident to me.. as an average users; not one of the ‘pets’ that my work will always sit fo…[Read more]

The problem with me often is the time available on weekdays. And even on weekends, if I travel even for 1 day, it consumes a lot of time. So, I have to write more number of posts to make up. But yes, interaction does helps.

@SuperD Whatever you said is very right. But honestly I wasn’t involved in that so far. Before than this I was only posting my articles and no interaction at comments section. But since few days I am trying to reply all my comments. And yes it is good way of having extra earning and it can definitely help us to reach the minimum payout here. H…[Read more]
@naruto 100 of my 279 blogs only one was rejected as it was a deleted post from blogjob. It showed on google search. When there is not much activity here the site does not earn and that could be the reason why they delay approvals. As I have said in one of my Blogs it is kind of a vicious circle where we and the site have to play their r…[Read more]
@DawnWriter Compared to blogjob and blogboiurne this is a far better site. If you compare it with TinyCent yes they accept anything under the sun and our blogs there are not rated but are based on views. I like LiteracyBase because here informative posts are valued more. And in order to write informative blogs we first need to acquire knowledge…[Read more]
@naruto 100 No matter which site I always post. Even at myLot they are I think well over a thousand. TinyCent also has many of my Blogs. TinyCent paid me thrice and now I am going to redeem when I reach 50 dollars. I already have 35 dollars there.

@shaloo walia, if this site is slow what could be more to other writing sites. I think this site is fast enough to generate the needed cents for every blogs and replies we do. What I observed is the slow connection, I don’t know if this site or my internet connection. I mean the buffering is taking long enough before it reload to other page. If…[Read more]
@naruto100 at least you have already experienced receiving payment from Literacy Base. If you wrote 27 blogs, that means you are also been doing some replies to forums and replying to the articles written by fellow writers. That is what I’m doing right. I think I write many blogs but not really active in discussing and interaction to fellow…[Read more]

I have asked this question before but somehow cannot find the thread. Can anyone please tell me if our posts are rated?
How can we know these ratings?
Also so far all my posts have been approved within 24 hours. One did not get approved as I had written it at Blogjob at first. I deleted it there and submitted it here but it showed up as…[Read more]
