Yes . It is true that the sleep pattern changes due to various factors. The emotions, psychological fear, overthinking, age, medicine, atmosphere, temperature, do affect our sleeping pattern. But, one should accept that it is always the sleep after hard work that is good for health and the rest can be ignored. If we are not getting proper sleep,…[Read more]

Love at first sight occurs once. It comes without any prior intimation. One is not prepared before hand. When we visualise our love in something or someone, we can certainly and suddenly feel the magic. It seems that the world has chosen that particular person or object for me.Everything which was not true till that date now has become…[Read more]

I mostly sleep around 3 Am and wake up at 11 AM or so. I am late in both and this is the pattern which is mostly I follow. Sometimes I wake up till morning and then I go to sleep. Now if someday if I try to sleep by 12, I don’t get sleep.
I know this pattern is not good for health but the way I work I have adjust like this. But No escape.

True having coffee and other such drinks which contain caffeine affect the sleep in the night. It actually activates the brain thus doing the reverse of what should happen when one goes to sleep. It is better to have a small glass of warm milk or horlicks or something similar. As that tends to induce sleep well in an individual.…[Read more]

That is true, almost anything can change our sleep pattern. We need to establish a sleep routine to make sure this doesn’t happen.
My sleep cycle tends to change because i drink coffee at night and sometimes it acts ups a little too much. I end up not sleeping enough and not waking up on time for work. This is something i need to break, i need to…[Read more]
Thank you for the inputs and adding your perspective to this topic. The Chinese eat 6 small meals a day. Maybe even you can try that and see if it is of use to you. Good to know that you have learnt to not eat late. That is a very important thing which many avoid doing and they come from office at 10 in the night and eat around 11 in the night…[Read more]

You listed all the true reasons why sleep patterns change. My two major problems for me are late night eating which keeps me up throughout the night from frequent trips to the loo to pee. Also, when I have things to ponder on, I stay awake because my chest is so heavy. I have learnt not to eat late, but I doubt if I can never learn not to worry.…[Read more]

Very true. Continuing the thread of the articles already written can act as a revenue generator only thing is that the replies should be the the size of the ones which I make. As that earns you 20 points. As commenting after reading the posts or articles in the forums earns well this way. Someone who is not comfortable writing articles or…[Read more]

I just realized one thing here. That some of the times we have no ideas to write anything. And for that we just have to focus on commenting on post. We can also create threads. That way we don’t have to take some of the workload. Instead we just have to focus on the post comments and be natural. So newbies if spent time on these small things, they…[Read more]

Wow well written. I live this peace you have truly nailed it. Sometimes we do things in life thinking its because of our own efforts and abilities that we have what we have or we are where we are. I think a lot of people are born without parents. And many of them continue to be alone. Apart from god, I don’t think they have anyone around. So I am guessing that people can do a lot of things alone. It just needs a leap of faith. And people just have to trust their own intuition and work on the things. If they can do these small things, then…[Read more]

I only used once, the image at the Literacybase file (library) after I observed that some members also use similar photos for their blogs. I do not know if it is allowed to use my “signature” photo which I uploaded from my files; the gumamela (hibiscus) flower so that members can easily recognize it was written by me.
