Create A Wind Down Routine. How does exercising in the morning contribute to sleeping better? For starters, you need to develop a solid morning routine, which directly effects your evening rituals. Early morning cardio gives you a reason to get out of bed, and keeps you from hitting that snooze button, which will help you to get to bed easier the next night. Aim for 30 mins, whether its a jog on the treadmill, a walk with the dog, or a Jazzercise routine.
If diet and exercise contribute to sleep, so does a quiet mind. Take that cup of herbal tea and sit down with some light reading to relax your mind.

Sleep — this is a much talked about topic nowadays. It is seen that sleep is getting reduced as age increases. When a child is born it sleeps for 20 hours and slowly it is getting reduced year after year. At 60+ normally most of us including myself find it difficult to get immediate sleep. It is also true ailments will not crop up if one gets sufficient sleep. good day

I don’t doubt that stress is a natural response. In fact, it might be better described as a “survival instinct”. But one definitely needs to control their stress levels. If they don’t learn how to manage stress, it could ruin their health or even kill them!
-
Our bodies have gotten so over stressed today that it’s killing us. We run around, constantly worrying, keeping our bodies in such a state of hyperarousal that we wear ourselves down. This leads to us being more vulnerable to illnesses – both physical and mental. We need to de-stress our lives to survive!
-
estress comes from nervous and live attention and it must really controlled if dont do that you will go on it and never can run out
-
Nothing can be so good both to the body and the mind of any individual than taking out quality time to give the body quality rest.
The human body has inbuilt mechanisms of refreshing itself when it is given the opportunity to do so. Many of the health challenges and sicknesses we witness today can actually be cured if the body is given proper rest but in the absence of this, stress is the result.

I have never used eBay but my husband tried it. My son used to use it a lot. But these days not so much. Still! It’s a good place to find good stuff!
-
Ebay is not a good place to find good stuff as one blog writer says and I think it will be not a good place because most of the people have tried their best in ebay for buying and selling goods.
Describe the item you’re selling. Then add up to 12 free photos from your computer or mobile device. Use a neutral background, and take photos from all angles.
Choose the fixed price listing format when you know the market value for your item. Use the auction-style listing format for special or unique items, or when you don’t know the value of the item. The quick listing tool suggests pricing and shipping options that attracts the most buyers based on similar successful sales.
Successful shipping starts with careful planning. eBay helps you calculate postage, add tracking information and insurance, print labels, and pay—all from the comfort of your home. If you plan right, you can even ship items without ever having to take a trip to the post office.
-
-
-
There is a caveat; if you write nothing full of key words, Google will slap down your item, and the site. In 2011 Hubpages had ‘writers’ who used a ‘template’ like this…
“Everyone is interested in K. All over the world people are thinking about K. Some people are worried about K. But K is nothing to worry about..”
On Monday ‘K’ could be diet, on Tuesday it could be Zika Virus, on Wednesday it could be lack of sleep…
-
So true! Both “cookie cutter content” and keyword stuffing can be cause for Google to penalize an author or a site.
-
-
All writers should know about the significance keywords if their blogs or articles should reach net surfers.
-
That is interesting. I learnt much of these things from @ruby3881. It is good to have just enough keywords
-
I’m glad you are experimenting with keywords, Meshack! You do have to be careful not to repeat any word or phrase overly much in an article, and your post should make sense and be original. Google used to look only for specific keywords but now their software is more sophisticated. They can look for synonyms and different forms of a keyword or keyword phrase. So you can add some variety to your post, and write more naturally so your post doesn’t feel like it was written only for the search engines.

When I worked in an article writing site that was based in France, we were always required to have key words in our articles. I cannot forget that site, I received more$1000 a month. We were paid twice a month and we were the one who prepared voucher. So nice to know and remember.

-
That is a good analysis. I truly wonder how many words I use while reprimanding my maid for example (lol)
-
As many as they do not seem to understand @bestwriter. The more stubbon they are the more 300 posts you write with your tongue
-
Very well said. 🙂
-
-
-
Good one.
-
Thank you my Friend. I wanted to encourage Myself and Others to write. When we Look at things positively they do Look so and easy. Positivity is the key that opens minds. Negativity dulls our Efforts And makes us failures
-
-
true when you are writing 300 words may seem like it’s too much, but when we are talking to loved ones those cannot be too many words because they deserve much more that we can give usually
-
Three hundred words is nothing. I was writing a recipe and thought it might be short, did a word count.. it was 359 words… and I wasn’t finished. And that’s just a recipe!

Increased Traffic – Top positions on the search engine result pages receive a majority of the impressions and clicks, so ranking in these top positions can result in significant traffic increases for your website.
SEO also focuses on creating informative and keyword relevant title tags and meta descriptions, which show up in the result pages. Having optimized tags and descriptions helps to increase click through rate, which also promotes increases in qualified web traffic.
SEO provides trackable and quantifiable results, regardless of whether you are an ecommerce or non-ecommerce site so there are no qualms when it comes to ROI. SEO agencies are able to track nearly every aspect of their strategy, like increases in rankings, traffic and conversions. Comprehensive analytics also provide the ability to drill down at a granular level and see demographic information and other engagement metrics for individuals who have interacted with your website. For Ecommerce sites,
SEO agencies can see which paths users take in order to complete a sale, all the way down to which keyword they used to search for you prior to purchasing. For non-Ecommerce sites, you can attribute values to your lead conversions, like a ‘contact us’ form fill-out, and calculate the value of your SEO strategy that way.
SEO is one of the most cost-effective marketing strategies because it targets users who are actively looking for your products and services online. SEO’s inbound nature helps businesses save money as opposed to outbound strategies like cold-calling.
While cold-calling can still be an effective strategy, the leads generated cost 61% more than leads generated by an inbound strategy like SEO. And since SEO also targets users who are actively searching for products and services like yours, the traffic resulting from SEO is more qualified than many other marketing strategies, resulting in cost-savings for companies.

Yes, I also think affiliate marketing is the best way to earn online. I am planing to create my own blog soon and affiliate marketing is one of my way to monetize it. I am still on the process of planning and learning how to be successful in this area. One of my problems is that I suck at writing long articles and maybe I need to improve this thing first. Thanks for sharing
-
In short, what stuff or services you will need to start this method and earn money?
A Blog/Website
Little HTML and CSS knowledge
Attractive English Writing Skills
A Short Report/eBook
An Email Autoresponder
Targeted Traffic
And that’s it. May be you’ll be introduced to all the above things, or may be some of them are new for you. Don’t worry, I’ll teach you everything, so no need to worry to search on Google. Before I start explaining the method with you, let me tell the meaning of the requirements, if you are a beginner. I don’t want to make it understandable for pros only, but the real thing is to explain the whole matter to a starter guy to help him making money.
A Blog/Website: If you are a blogger, then you must be knowing meaning of this.
What is HTML and CSS: HTML and CSS are languages to create and stylize your webpage as you wish with special effects. You will need basic knowledge of it because you will have to make your design attractive, and catchy, highlighting the call to actions etc.
An Email Autoresponder: A service that sends email automatically after one subscribes to your blog and lets you set email courses for specified time. Eg: You want to send 1 email to subscriber for the first 10 days after he subscribes, this service providers let you do it.

I have tried affiliate marketing but had no success. It is a hard field but not impossible. I agree that you have got to have a good product available but I wanted to add another thing. When you work as an affiliate, you want to make sure your associates deliver the promised products. Bad business ethics can affect your market and give you a bad name. A rule of thumb is to purchase and try the product first so that you can find out if it’s a reputable deal or not. Better safe than sorry.

Most of the bloggers who have their own website prefer to be an affiliate. The process is not difficult but it is not something that happens overnight.
You need to understand the process, create a website that is attractive and useful to the people looking for your subject.
Making it attractive to your readers and learning to get the Search Engines to list you at the top of the results can be a bit more difficult. The Search Engine part is called SEO and requires a bit of time to master. User Experience Optimization UX is another thing that requires study but can be quite fun.

Interesting article. I have yet to see any program with 75% of the affiliate commission. So that would be something I am looking forward to as well. I wonder if some of those affiliate products are harder to sell.
-
all the bloggers tried this way of making money, but I am one who fails it, tried many affilaite links and sites to make money, but no use fo it, i guess you need 5000 followrs at least to earn or do money from affiliate links, have you tried and earned good money as blogger from affiliate links?

That’s great thanks. But I’m afraid of nail remover usage, won’t that affect the skin?
I have many moles in my face but I wont dare to remove them because as I watched one program in our local television channel, removing your moles without doctors assistance is very dangerous and it might give you infections that will make your skin look ugly.
I may try with nail polish. I do have a few on my neck. Some recommend Epsom salt mixed with Iodine Not confident to do that.
There are so many remedies that we can get on the net for different things, but before we get to use this remedies it is good to check the side effects that come with them or else you could be doing your body harm without notice take care though.
I have tried the method of cutting off moles and I certainly agree it’s not for the faint of heart – they bleed a lot! I hadn’t heard of the nail polish method. I think I will try that on a stubborn mole I have under my arm.
Thanks for the tips, i would try one of them that is located on my arm
