Actually, my officemate had back pains before. She had 8 sessions , two times a week of physical therapy and after that her back pain was gone.
Though, it is a bit costly. One session is worth 400 pesos or $8, but it is worth the money.

As I have mentioned in the post physiotherapy is for everybody because as one gets older muscles need certain movements.
