You’re absolutely right. Creativity is a must for every field and so for writing business. Without it we are just copying one another. Every unique idea may not flourish instantaneously overnight, but with proper time and endeavor it shall flourish profoundly and reach new horizons.

To me creativity is to see the world through my own eyes and not by someone else’s.
