Very well said.
I don’t have the number 1, which is food preparation. Since, I grew up in a family who has a helper to do the cooking and cleaning as well as having somebody to wash & iron our clothes,I am not much into them. Although , cleaning is an innate quality of a woman, but not cooking.
However, because I am already a wife, I asked my hubby to teach me how to cook, since they were taught at an early age by their mother how to cook and do chores, because their father got sick and wasn’t able to work anymore at the age of 43.
Going back, my hubby taught me simple ways of cooking and learned them. Hence, having those basics, I bought recipe books and tried some intricate dishes which were successful.
Now, I can cook a meal from what is just in the refrigerator. 🙂

Good,I thank you for starting to cook at all.You will improve more as you practice further.I encourage you to start from the scratch. That is before getting into the refrigerator.I believe you will do much better later. The heart of your hubby will be happy if he eats what you cooked from the scratch.

Actually, it is indeed better for us homemade foods and that includes ice cream. But good if you are just a stay at home mom, because you have your own time. Not when one has a full time job like me, where Saturdays and Sundays will be for cleaning or visiting parents or any family activity.
Thus, for mom like us buying ice cream would be convenient. ha ha ha
I must admit, your style of making this homemade ice cream, is easy. I might do this when summer comes , in a month’s time. wink , wink
Oh how I wish we have emoticons here too.

Actually, you can do it this way… put a banana in the freezer. When it is frozen, take it out, let it sit a little, then peel it, crush it with a fork, then beat it by hand, and put it back in the freezer. Diabetics can eat it.

This is one of the problems even in these days of the innovative transportation system. Though there is a rapid development in the mode of transportation it is becoming hard to catch to duty on time. Why? This is all because of ineffective planning. One has to be prompt in his timing. One should allocate time for each activity the time one gets up from the bed. The countdown beings attending phone calls to getting ready for the office. Sometimes, the routine demands skipping some activities which should be accepted and invited without any rigidity. Be flexible always. This is the best policy I generally use.
But, one thing is thing too much of flexibility may spoil the very personality itself and if it is continued we will remain NO WHERE.
