What type of core workout is your favorite? Instead of traditional crunches I sub with leg lifts to target not only core but back and thighs as well.

I really could not understand how can they establish a bonding between the two. Depression is a mental activity. The Obesity is caused by irregular sleeping or no sleeping, improper dieting, bad habits, alcohol, and bad hobbies. I can not agree with the observation made . I think they are missing something that is actually linking this to depression.

What is this ? Very peculiar effort. I never heard people desiring for a big back. Do you think it is good for health?. It means you want an exercise that can transfer the fat from other parts to this particular part of the body. You can do some curling followed by squatting.

No. I am not fat. Doing some job is not related to becoming fat at all. The principle behind this is one should give proper exercise proportionate to the food intake. The exercise chosen must be even to all parts of the body. Leaving some parts means giving a chance for the accumulation of fat in that area.

A big No.
I think the cheerleaders are employed to do the things which the audience can not do openly when a sporting event or match is in the progress.. That include stunts, chants, yelling , dancing, and Tumbling. Now, this itself has become a big sport. Very interesting to know.

1. The person must be a sick some time long back.

yes. That may be true about the energy drink. But, I am told that it contains Alcohol. Is it correct? Once, I wanted to give it a try. I could not drink even a small tin of it. Very strong. I do not know how can it work as energy booster.
