I’m sad to know about what happened to you, jhsayyar. Have you e-mailed the admin about it? Maybe they could explain why. I hope it will be resolved soon so as other writers will have no doubts about this site.

I came to know about Literacybase from Cely who posted it on myLot. Many members there also joined here. It is good I found this site where I earn faster than in other blogsites. |

I like to read posts about payments, but is it allowed here? In other sites they ban it, I don’t know. But it encourages more members to sign up and write here when they are assured that there will be renumeration for their time and effort. |

So many beautiful memories. We play a lot in the yard with my cousins, even under the sun or in the farm at the newly-harvested rice field. We also climbed guava trees. Unlike now, children do not enjoy such physical activities because they prefer to sit inside their homes with their gadgets. |

I signed up there, but left early because so much time would be wasted before reaching the payout. But still I am sad to hear sites closing down. The owners should had good planning so they can pay all the members. |

I think long posts usually earn more than short posts because Google can notice it. (I don’t know much about algorithms). But if the topic is boring, it is best to write short and sweet posts that will be read by many people who are lacking time to engage in long posts. |

Happy Women’s Day. You are right when you elaborated some of the rights of women and how people should regard them as human beings with rights and feelings. I am happy because so many people now appreciate and treat women the way they should be. |

I noticed that too especially during my first days here. I signed up Feb.28 and started writing March 1. Maybe the admins can do something about this to make the site run faster, so we can interact more and post more blogs. |

Dina, it’s a sport too! There is the so-called Dancesport now. They do tango,cha-cha,foxtrot, and other dances, which is also a good form of exercise. Now so many women enroll in Zumba classes for fitness. |

Yes, Shavkat. I joined volleyball competitions so long ago during high school. I was really athletic and so thin then. Now, obese! ha ha ha! So I am trying to exercise again like biking and walking everyday for at least 30 minutes. Plus controlled diet too! |

Uh ha, I didn’t know what happened. Why is my blog about Santosha beads was placed here at the forum? I clicked “write now” but it did not appear there in my list of submitted posts. I should have four now, but in the Dashboard, it’s only 3! Please help me. Are you one of the admins here? Who are the admins./owners of the site? I wanted to know.Thanks. I will send them a message how to transfer that blog. |

Thank you Cely. I am trying my best to be familiar with the site, though I find it hard to navigate to find my blogs. Hope the admin can do some fine tuning so members will have an easier time here. |

I also noticed it. Maybe some people are just too busy. Like me, though I am now a stay-at-home Mom, I still have so many offline works to do at home. So there are only certain hours that I can devote here, also, the so-called mental block strikes wherein it is so hard to think of good topics to develop into a blog. Anyway, let us hope that many writers/blogger members will submit more posts to keep this site lively. And let us wish that Literacybase will live long. |

Thanks @Cely. This is a blog post. This is not the one that got lost, but it was a reply in one of your comments about my predicament on editing published posts. You are right, the flower in my post is a gumamela flower, (Hibiscus rosa sinensis) which is a common flower in the Philippines. I also read a reply in one of the newbies’ queries about how to edit post, and the LB admin said they did not put an “edit” button at the end of each published post for security; to prevent spammers. I will always edit first before clicking “publish.” |

Happiness is doing the things you like to do which will uplift your self-worth, as well as make people around you happy also. It is like a ray of sunshine, making one’s day so bright and beautiful; a rainbow in the sky! |
