I left my country Ph on October 23 and arrived Auckland airport October 24 at 5:15 in the afternoon. I felt so worried and somewhat scared during my arrival for I was not met by my friend and neighbor in Cagayan de Oro city who happened to migrate New Zealand for almost 6 years now. It was almost 6 in the evening and I cannot anymore describe my feeling simply because I only have with me Philippine money. Because I felt so afraid, I approached a taxi driver and told him to bring me to my destination and be paid when arrived there. He said, pay first before I bring you home.I paused for some minutes. I prayed so hard and God, the Father guided me what to do. I went to the help section and inquired if I can convert my peso yo NZ dollar which answer was “yes” and the lady pointed the money changer counter very near me,and my 2,000 pesos was converted to $50 so expensive fare, but no choice. I am so thankful to my Lord for giving me the right thing to do. I arrived to my destination safe at exactly the rate $50. My friend came to the house where I stay and said sorry. They were there to meet me at 4:30 but they positioned themselves, she and her hubby in the departure area, and I. in the Way Out Arrival. Thank you for reading should there be readers,LOL. Image is me in Auckland church to attend a mass.

So she was on the wrong end!! Dang. I hate when that happens. I’m sure it was all a mistake and apologies given for it. So tell me, how was the plane ride? I have never been on a plane so I’m curious on how it went. This is another reason why I have gone outside of the United States. I want to get over this fear and just do it. I love the picture of you. It looks like you are having fun. I hope you do have lots of fun. I am sure you will meet a lot of different people. Taxi rides can be expensive but glad you made it safely. |

@evilelf, Yeah, hehehe, that was so disgusting waiting for someone that can never be reached for she and her hubby were in the opposite side of the airport. They were terribly sorry and despite I was mad, I just acted like nothing happened in the airport. If they only knew that I was upset and unhappy, they will surely feel ashamed. How I wished they would not show up, but the problem is. the sister of my friend has something for her sister , so numerous sign pens, and branded pencils. You see, I brought heavy stuffs from Ph owned by her sister, only to frustrate me in the airport. About riding on a plane, it is so enjoyable my dear. There is nothing to fear about.Let us just pray and entrust everything to God. In my first visit here, my stopover was in Seri Bingawan,Brunei.I stayed in a hotel package deal by the plane provider, next flight, my stopover was in Malaysia, after series of plane crashes of Malaysian air, I never had rode on their air.My next travel I had a stopover at Seoul Korea, I also promised not to ride on Korea Air, foods all so chili foods and their airport is so big, plus they cannot speak in English, so hard to deal with them.I had my stopover in Seoul ,Korea at the Hyatt Regency Hotel package deal by Flight center unbeatable. Ann my next flights before the recent all stopover at Guangzhou, China, the best foods and accommodation, lavished foods and the airplane CHINA SOUTHERN is so huge,my God. I did not feel the airplane flies. It was so cool and clam. No other planes better than China Southern. It is among Top 10 best air[lanes in the world. The latest plane is the worst, Philippine Airlines. so long flight 18 hours only to be serve two meals only hahahaha, what a funny plane. I was already told by my niece who traveled to London on PAL, she told me to bring something to eat for I will surely be starved, and so true. I was thankful I brought with me deep fried tuna fish. I hope I inspired you friend to Travel without fear. It is enjoyable. |
