@Dina, hi friend my as ever virtual friend, I am so glad about the way you express your sentiments.Finally support replied me this evening. I learned it late for my class ends almost 6 pm and there was a very heavy traffic almost 1. 5 hours traffic.

Support messaged me the reason why not paid, it said in the message that I redeemed March 1 not February 28,so my payment will be sent to me April together with my next redemption. They better had replied me ASAP to avoid this issue raised in court forum. Yes, forum is our legal court where some disputes are heard and solved by individual’s independent and brilliant mind,

So, let us redeem earlier 2 days before the cut off date to avoid happening like mine. Thanks for hearing and feeling my worries and doubts, very much reiterated my dear.

@bestwriter, finally Support messaged me as to why I am not paid. It said there in his message that I claim march 1 not February 28, so I can have the pay April together with my next redemption. There might be time difference between my country and their country. They should have replied me so this matter will not be brought to this forum court .Thank you so much for your thoughtful ways my dear.

By the way, I am going to redeem two days before the cut off to make sure.

Thanks for this very vital info. Considering I am a newbie, I find this news discouraging. I have put in so much work towards literacy base, and I do hope I get paid. I hear a lot of people talking about redeeming before getting paid. Pls explain further since I am still knew in the game. Thank You

Happy to know your payment is on the way. I think it is better to redeem on the 25 or 26 of every month. I am following this principle to avoid the issue which has been stated by the support and admin. Thus it gives sufficient time for those who have to make  arrangements for payments to the writers. Happy to know you were not disappointed in the end. As  a happy writer is a good advertisement and the ultimate goodwill ambassador for this site. Best wishes.

Hi Cely, It’s great to get the updates. There’s however no need to panic regarding requesting payouts. No matter whichever time zone you are in, you cannot be late more than a day. Hence, consider the penultimate day of the month as the last day for putting in your payout request. It should suffice in my view.

@Joy E. Ojo,No more worries this time, I missed calculated the redemption date instead of February 28, it said in the message of support that I redeemed March 1 so my pay will be on April hehehehe, at least.Thanks for being nice.

Ohhhh this finally answers one of my big questions as well. I redeemed on 2nd March and have been contacting support regarding my payment. I had even stopped working here.

Now I also hope that I will be paid in April.Can i make another redemption this month as well? Will both the payouts will then be paid in April? Please guide me on this as well.

@HARPREET SHING, Just follow-up Support team my dear friend, they may be done scrutinizing your blogs. I hope that person who discredited your blogs by reporting you to the top will have his conscience tortured him. Why are there human beings happy to see others hurt? Maybe they failed to know that Karma really happens and it is not a joke, it is just a reminder of the great saying of Confucius which stated : DON’T DO UNTO OTHER WHAT YOU DO NOT LIKE OTHERS DO UNTO YOU. @DR KOKIL AGARWAL , Hi Doc? I am so sorry for what had also happened to your redemption erroneous like mine. We better redeem two days before the month ends. About your query if can redeem your next month earning, I think, you can, we can, for me too would like to redeem next day or tomorrow.
