@arnold Cruz, I am so sorry if you feel insulted, I am only so concerned for you. I think you are a lawyer so you know much than me.Peace! I will never interfere in your future affairs here. We are here as one team, one family like in Ml helping each other.There is no mental reservation as to the interference of your blogs that were more on cases in Philippines. Another concern is, you might be like my friend not paid here because of his blogs in series of one source title, no payment for two months.In fact, I am so happy this evening to have reached this matter to you to let you know how we felt here in case you will not be paid, but this site is so diplomatic and all your blogs were all authentic, so there is no reason why deprived of your right to harvest the fruit of your labor. Where is the confidentiality there when it is the SUPREME COURT ITSELF WHO PUBLISHED IN ITS WEBSITE THESE CRIMINAL CASES TO BE READ BY THE PUBLIC? 3. Alleged LiteracyBase site sanctioned for conspiracy and for using those confidential cases exposed here in this blog site. Answer: These criminal cases ARE NOT CONFIDENTIAL ANYMORE SINCE IT WAS ALREADY DECIDED BY THE SUPREME COURT LONG TIME AGO, FINAL AND EXECUTORY AND IT IS THE PHILIPPINE SUPREME COURT ITSELF WHO PUBLISHED THESE CRIMINAL CASES IN ITS OFFICIAL WEBSITE. Are you trying to say that the Philippine Supreme Court itself has violated the rule on confidentiality? Alleged crime committed by me and alleged pending case in court of law. Answer: DO NOT MISLEAD THE WRITERS AND READERS in LiteracyBase they are wise and intelligent enough to know the Truth from Falsehood. In Jamaica, while a case is going on, one is not to discuss the aspects of it. Although in high profile cases the news will report who took the stand or when an adjournment is granted, the legal bits are not to be discussed. Once a case is decided, the entire judgment can be published. |

I totally agree with you it’s not right to post some information from the court of law especially when names are being, mentioned. This platform is a public domain and accessed by people all over the world. The blogs are shared on social media as well. |
