I think it is a wrong notion to say that changing jobs often makes the culture progressive. In fact, it is an impression that you cannot stay in a job for a long period of time. With such track record, the companies will have second thoughts if they are going to hire you. At the back of their mind, you cannot sustain the longevity to work in certain companies. Take note it is a big bad impression for interviewers to read the resume with changing jobs. Any thoughts about it?
