@shavkat  I am dealing with a similar situation now.  One coworker is picking on a member at the mental health center where I work.  I brought it up in a general way at our last advisory board meeting and she jumped to defend herself, claiming he was doing things which he’s not.  Next time she begins to pick at him it seems like I’m going to have to call her on it quite openly.  It won’t be pretty but she’s being a bully to him and I won’t stand for that.

@Shavkat  Yes, sometimes I think it is jealousy that drives them to belittle others. It is really uncalled for.

@melissa1024  You said it right. Jealousy can put them in trouble too. In some point, insecurity drives them crazy and tried to compete with others. However, it is unhealthy to do.
