General Mills Recalls Flour…
Author | Posts |
General Mills is voluntarily recalling some of it’s flour because of concerns of E.coli outbreak. Even though it’s just the government who is concerned (no state or federal agencies have reported any concerns.) I think that is over-reaction. General Mills needs not do the recall, since there is no evidence that E-coli is in the products. Even if E-coli is in the products, the high temperature in baking and cooking will kill it. More likely that E-coli is in the fresh ingredients not properly wash and cooked. |

@scheng1, I think it was good though that General Mills is saving themselves from lawsuits however, even though they don’t know it’s their flour that is causing the outbreak! I do agree with you that the E.coli probably was in other ingredients that they use with the flour. |
