I have question for you and this is serious question about paranormal and spirits of dead people. We have this lady in my parent village and she go to people homes, read walls and speak with dead people souls. This is what I was told for my whole life that she is some sort of witch.

I don’t know till today how she do what she do, but it is weird and not many people are now willing to talk to her.

Some weeks ago she allegedly talk with something and gone more mad. people say it is not humane spirit.

I think all pile of jibby-jabby, but people believe this.

@Your Seldom I guess it depends on your beliefs system on what to actually call her. I wouldn’t call her a witch but then I  personally do not know exactly what she does. It is possible she can be a psychic or some type of shaman. But once again this goes back towards the belief system from your area.

Not all ghosts or spirits are good. Some demons will take the form of a loved one or an animal to trick us. This is in all belief systems. I truly believe some people do have the ability to talk to spirits that have passed on.

Maybe this lady has been talking to a demon and that demon has been tricking her. I do hope she stays safe no matter what it was.

@yourseldom It may sound weird but some people claimed to have opened their third-eye. With such claim, they can see dead people. I had acquainted such people and it is an eery feeling that they can talk with the dead ones. A part of their story, the dead people appeared the same condition prior to their death. They tend to talk with them because the restless souls were asking for help in the form of offering prayers for them.

@evilelf this lady that read minds is some sort of shaman, I think not sure at this point because to be absolutely honest with you, I was never even remotely called to her case. I never show any interest in things of this sort, only if something interesting to talk.
I am not in compliance with her being call shaman, so it shall be better tern for this – maybe reader, yes? That sounds more natural and neutral t me, what about you?
Belief system you ask? The belief system is that they are terrible, terribly superstitious people form that part. I mean yes educated, but believe weird things. She has the gift but like you say it is hard to make a category and put her into it.
Oh, you say that this lady must see the demon that bad and turn her mad. Well, more mad than usual mad?
That no so good I afraid…

@shavkat problem with the third eye is where all evidence for its existence? I still don’t see any very scientific and serious debate about this. I think it is called para-science or alternative science, what ever it is called, yes?
In the case of this reading lady she was not born with this ability to see ghosts or supernatural beings, she just comes to sudden and the unexperceted realization that she can talk to restless and sometimes even mischievous spirits. Never said if clearly, this is a restless spirit or the noisy ghost of a deceased person, but in the case of shaken home owner I think this is absolutely irrelevant.
In my experience, if a dear person dies and leaves this material worlds they are gone, and even if some sort of medium can reach it shall be very hard. Because they changed from material to no material matter, so no communication between…
This with the medium in my opinion all about earning money from gullible people in many cases…

Yes,  @Your Seldom you will find many people who lie about being able to see the dead or spirits but then you have those that can see. I don’t think any real “seer” is in it for the money. Most believe it to be a curse and not a gift.

No one really knows what happens when we die. No one knows if there is another realm we go to or is death the complete end. We only know what we are told to believe. Does this have something to do with faith? I am not certain. I do like to keep an open mind about things that can or can not happen.
