Coffee and Antioxidants?
Author | Posts |
A lot of people stress out over drinking coffee. They think it has no value whatsoever except as a stimulant in case you were up all night studying, partying or whatever and need to be awake for a long drive the next day or have to go to work. But new research has proven that coffee beans actually contain more healthy antioxidants than orange juice and other fruit juices. Black ‘java’ has been used as a world class liver detox agent for ages, so why does the drink get such a bad rap? I mean, if you only drink it with tons of sugar, cream and whatever else they put in the stuff these days, then yeah, it’s pretty much only useful as a stimulant, but plain, black coffee, (decaff or regular, it doesn’t matter) by itself, is actually a health drink. So, if you enjoy the random cup-a-joe let me know how many times a day do you have a cup? Want to learn how to detox? We can share stories on this topic.

When it comes to matters coffee, i have heard a lot about it and whatever comes out doesn’t seem like something good. everyones says that too much coffee is not good because it has a lot of caffeine. especially for people who have ulcers or issues with hypertension it is advised that they don’t atake coffee. anyway that’s the little i know because i myself don’t take coffee so i wouldn’t be in a good position to talk about it. |
