Music is the Key to Creativity. Music fuels the mind and thus fuels our creativity. A Creative mind has the ability to make discoveries and create innovations. It is the greatest creation of man, which touches the soul and helps man to manifest unspoken desire and humanity in him.Music gets under your skin.It creates strong feelings and it creates strong memories.Music is a language. It is a language for all humans. It is a language that is there when normal language is of little use.

Some people think music education is a privilege, but i think it’s essential to being human.”-Jewel – singer, songwriter and instrumentalist. Why is there music at important occasions? The answer is that music says things that cannot be said in words. We need music,it is essential in our everyday life.Music is part of our lives whether we realize it or not, whether we actively participate in it or not.The real power of music is that it can affect us whether we are aware of it or not.We need music to say the things we cannot say any other way. If there is great joy, we need music. If there is great sadness, we need music. In fact, we need music whenever we have a great need to say something important.

Scientists have recently discovered that music affects many parts of our brain very deeply (grown-ups can look at the book This is Your Brain On Music by Daniel Levitin to find out more). But you don’t need to be a scientist to understand that! Trying singing ‘Happy Birthday’ or a Christmas song and you will understand. What do these tunes make you think of? How do they make you feel? You’ll be filled with all sorts of memories and feelings when you hear these tunes—many more than would if you simply said the words ”birthday or Christmas”.

.How about in movies?we need only think of the music heard on the soundtrack of most movies. We may be aware of the action and the dialogue, the scenery, costumes and special effects, yet music is supporting it all and guiding the emotional context. In the best films, music is an active team player, but in the worst of films, sometimes the music is the only thing holding the story together. So important is music to film that studio executives sometimes watch “rough cuts” with a temporary music track, even before the actual score is written, to get a feel for how a particular scene will play over it.Film is just one example.Television programs also have musical underscores. Many commercials use “jingles” to help sell their products ? these are tunes we “just can’t get out of our heads.” Result: we remember the product! Radio provides music 24 hours a day, seven days week, in every style imaginable. We buy our favorite music in record stores. Finally, there is live music, be it school friends with a guitar during the lunch break, a nightclub with just a few tables, a religious service with a choir and instruments, or a large concert or giant arena where thousands are gathered to share in the experience of music making.
