A dream, just a dream.

If I had sufficient funds, I would love to visit South Korea.

I am a huge fan of Korean variety show; Running Man, a hilarous TV show that features various of games with Kpop idols and celebrities.

Korea is well known for the Kimchi cabbage, sweet and sourish fermented cabbage that is popular among the cuisine.

I would love to visit historical sites and drama based venue to feel the atmosphere.

I have never tasted snow flakes, never seen real snow in my life nor autumn, spring , those weathers are fantasy in my mind.

I wish to try out Korean street food such as :

spicy rice cakes – ddeokbokki

fish cakes – odeng

fried rice cake skewers- ddeokggochi

and the famous Jajangmyeon, black sauce noodles

Which country do you wish to visit?

@peachpurple why don’t you make it into a writing challenge?

I am sure this will be one of the topics that are evergreen, and appeal to the desire of most people given that money is not an issue.

@scheng1/

thanks, never thought of that.

I will think about 500 words to make it into a post.

Then at least I could earn 22 cents

Thanks again.

@peachpurple I have my plans to go to Malaysia taking a stoppage at  Kuala Lumpur on my way to Australia. One of my old friends live across the Putrajaya Bridge or Putra Bridge, I don’t know how you call it. But the problem is she says she will provide me with a blanket and a pillow and I will have to sleep at sea beach. I don’t know if that is a joke or she is serious about it 🙂 She is also a Chinese single mom and a teacher with two teens. I have written few posts as guest writer for her children related blog.

My first route is Thailand. I want to know that country. I want to visits the Buddhist temples and learned their culture. I know we have the same climate, as Thailand is a tropical country too. I also love to visit a good artist that I admire there. I love Thai with their movies and advertisement, I wish to know the country more.

My second route would be Japan, then Korea, then Europe, Berlin, Austria, Australia.

@sunil/

you gotta be kidding me!

You are a guest, there is no way for a friend to treat you this way.

In addition, Putrajaya is in town area, busy place, where can you find a sea beach there?

Unless, she rents a resort or hotel near by the beach but that is expensive.

At least a mattress, pillow and blanket.

Nobody could stand sleeping on the cold floor.

Maybe you should bring a sleeping bag, just in case.

Have a nice vacation and by the way, the weather is crazy right now.

Day time, hot, evening, rain, but you don’t feel cold at all because the ground heat goes up into the air, produce heaty air instead of cool air.

Bring along umbrella, tissue paper (for toilet ) and use backpack.

Oh thailand, I heard that is a holy place, mostly buddhist followers.

You may find their culture is alike Korean, very friendly, food is alike Malaysia-spicy, weather- alike your country and mine.

If you ever got the chance to visit Korea, do tell me about it !!

@peachpurple No I am not but it is Jenny Lyn my old time friend in MyLot better known as wonder girl with same avatar who lives in Kl across the Putrajaya bridge always tells me that I shall have no place in her house if and when I visit KL but she will provide me a blanket and a pillow to sleep anywhere in a park, roadside or even at a beach.

I always pass my time in transit at KL airport because I generally travel by Malaysian Airlines to Australia and pass my time travelling unnecessarily traveling by free train service in between arrival and departure airports at KL. Lot of fun though but as it is always after the midnight so I never disturb her by giving her a phone call.

@peachpurple I would like to visit Italy. The first and foremost reason why I want to visit Italy is the beautiful city of Venice. I find Venice so beautiful and romantic that I want to visit it at least once in this lifetime. I also want to visit Rome and visit all those beautiful churches and cathedrals. I want to visit all the Art museums in Italy showcasing the works of the great artists like Michael Angelo and Leonardo da Vinci and the other artists of the Renaissance period.

My favorite author Dan Brown has written so much about the cultural history and artworks scattered throughout the museums and churches in Italy that it has made me even more interested in visiting Italy.

@swalia/

I have always wanted to visit Ireland and explore the countryside. I have always felt drawn to it for some reason. It seems so rich in sites and folklore. Or maybe I would love to see the faerie folk and other creatures of myths. Anytime I see pictures of Ireland, it looks so green and pretty.

I am not a good traveller at all, so I rarely do it. I get sick when I travel, or I end up needing to rest more than usual, and it spoils all my sightseeing plans.

If I were going to visit another country, I think I’d want to take a good month to explore the British Isles. I’d especially like to explore Scotland and Ireland, the birthplace of my husband’s people. I need a good, long time to be settled in place when I travel. Otherwise I become even sicker. So probably the best way for me to enjoy such a vacation would be to book a stay in just on or two places, and then to organize day trips to see the sights nearby.

I’d love to stay in the city in a place like Dublin or Edinburgh, to be able to enjoy the pubs, the architecture, and the big cultural attractions like museums and theatres. But I think even more, I would want to stay at a little B&B somewhere in the countryside. I’d want to really get to know the people, and to enjoy the scenery.

I have a friend there on Thailand and he told me he prayed for me inside one of the Buddhist Temple and I am glad I am part of his prayer. No wonder a lot of good lucks that are happening. I want to be there one day to see it in person. @peachpurple

@grecy095/

well, you should visit your good friend at Thailand when you have enough money to buy the plane ticket, such a nice pal to pray for you

June 6, 2016 at 5:35 am

oh I am kind of shy to visits him as we are not that close and I only got to know him from his friend. He is kind of teen celebrity in Thailand and very kind enough to pray for me to get the job I wanted at the Buddhist temple, but one day for sure I will be there Thailand regardless of meeting him or not, but of course in real time I want to meet him.

When I was addicted to Korean series before, I was learning their language. Me and my supervisor were addicted and mostly every day we are talking about korean series that we love to watch. I love to be in Korea too. My supervisor died last 2013.
