I just don’t think of the things that come on my way as the problems but as the challenges. If it doesn’t turn well for me I try to poke it from another angle, than from another and so on. |

For me, meditation helps a lot. Even if I can’t really meditate, I would just sit down quietly, focus on my breathing, or just take a few deep breath. Other ways including doing handwork or housework, watching movies, reading books, going out for a walk and doing exercises. Sometimes when I am really upset or stressed, I would just keep drawing or scribbling. Writing down on my journal does help as well. It seems like there are many ways for me to release my stress. But now, I prefer to meditate as much as I can, as it helps to calm me down for the whole day. |
