Oh..very interesting to hear about that. But, how are you benefited unless you are known to them and about your mystery shopping?. I think the site might have informed the shop a little bit earlier before your shopping. Otherwise, the shop must be maintaining a good business ethics. Can you make a post on that? How did you plan it and how was your approach? What was their reaction and the treatment they have given you? |
