Indiscipline is lack of discipline. On the other hand, discipline is the training of the mind and character, to produce self-control, habits of obedience, and keeping other. The absense of these variables is what we call indiscipline. Indiscipline is one of the that gave birth to all form of social vices. Indiscipline could be traced to the homes, schools, the community and the society. Self-control and self-discipline are the beginning of political wisdom. Discipline is rooted in self-discovery and self-respect. Once we come into the recognition of our being, discover self, and know thyself, you must control your thinking, accentuate, we must into harmony with the laws of nature. To develop yourself, positive and eliminate the negative. According to esoteric psychology, man is fast asleep within himself, snuggly asuming that he is a fully conscious being, aware of all is doing and initiating activity in everything he undertakes whereas he is merely a mechanism, blindly reacting to every situation and event that confronts him. Of all the mechanisms, which sustain him in that feeling of smug self-satisfaction with himself, the chief one is self justifying. Through its authomatice use in life, man goes on living, feeling quite certain within himself that whatever he does or says or think is right, however much other people may contradict him. But they too, justify self, and so it is unending process in which we are all involved, everyone justifies self and seeing where others may be wrong but never really seeing what may be wrong in what they may saying or doing. It is because we justify ourselves in all that we do, no matter how others feel about it, that we indulge in acts of indiscipline. We are also clouded with self-satisfaction ignoring the feelings of others. These and others are basically the root of indiscipline. We should discuss the causes of indiscipline.
