What is your current earnings?

I was wondering whether anyone has hit $1 yet because I do see some regular writers here doing pretty well with the points.

I am sure that those writers with more than 20 points are earning pretty quickly even though they are still newbies.

Can you share with us how do you earn your first dollar?

How long do you estimate that you would be cashing out?

Anyway, congrats to those who had earned $1 !!

Mine is just 20 cents away….

This reply has been reported for inappropriate content.

I have made more than $1, $1.36 now, I joined 3-4 days ago. I think I earned $0.50 in one day when I was active on the site. I didn’t spend much time online during the weekend, so I didn’t get to earn much.

I personally do not think the points shown in the forum have anything to do with the earnings. The points look like just reputation points that given by other members (by voting up). I guess that might affect our ranking or some functionalities unlocked, but not our earnings. I usually check out My History to find out how much I earn for each task, and the earning is quite consistent (which is based on the length of the forum reply), so I guess it doesn’t matter what my points are.

I guess I earn mostly from forum reply, as it’s more enjoyable to interact with other members, learn form others, and I also try to share what I know with others as well.

I am hoping I can cash out within 20 days, if I am able to earn $0.50 per day. But it really depends whether I have much time to spend in the following 20 days. 😀

I have not reached a $1 yet, but I have not been quite as active as I should be. I had lost my motivation and was working on a couple of other sites to reach cash out on them. I have not a lot of time this weekend, but plan on being a little more active here in the next week and hope to reach $1 or more. I am not sure about posting a blog post yet, so I am going to interact with people for right now. I need to get the feel of this site first before I do anything else. I hope you have luck at reaching your goals here.

Almost half way there 😉  I think whenever I start a new site, it’s always hard for me to get to cash out.  Once I’ve made a cashout, then it’s easier.  Right now, I try not to look at  my balance to often..then when I hit $1.00 it will be a surprise!! 😉

I don’t know that we ought to discuss the specifics of our own earnings. It’s frowned upon in many such communities. I will say, however, that I think the earnings tend to add up quickly from smaller tasks. I also had a very large number of visitor referrals, though I’m waiting for the admin to look into issues with new user referral.

I’m not sure if or how my post is earning. Has anyone seen any specifics that point to earnings for their posts?

I am more than halfway but I don’t think I will get to earn a dollar today. I will try. I love to do blogs, I mean not blog here but blog on my other site but I will not post it, I will only save it on draft. That is just part of a plan for today and somewhat an imagination when it did not happen. I guess my mood right now is what stopping me from sharing some topics because I know I can put justice on it once I started it. But anyway, it is too early to judge, let see later on.

@kaka135

thanks for explaining to me that the points might not be related to our earnings.

Maybe I had a misunderstood that with more points, you are getting more money.

Wow, you did a grand job on your daily earnings.

With 50 cents per day, I am sure you can hit the min payout in 20 days.

I think, I will take a longer time.

From my calculation, I earned much lesser than yours, I might take 2 months to reach there.

Yup, you are right about the forum replies.

As long as you can write 100 words, you will earn 0.010 cent.

You are doing much much better than me.

Kudos to your hard work

@morgoodie

its alright, don’t push yourself too hard.

Yes, I had lost hope of a couple of sites too, I couldn’t reach the min payout even after 6 months of writing.

Looks like it is going to take ages for me to cash.

Hence, I understand your feeling.

Hope that you will start your first blogpost here.

I am looking forward to it.

Best of luck.

@4cryingoutloud

you are right.

Sometimes, it is best not to keep looking at the earnings.

I get so disappointed when I couldn’t reach my daily goal.

Hence, I don’t feel the fun of posting or commenting.

Right, usually when I am on a new site, it will take a couple of months to get things kick up and going.

Once, I get the hand of it, familiar with the regime, it flows naturally after the first redeem.

Best of luck dear!

@ruby3881

Gee, I didn’t think of that.

Is it alright for us to reveal our earnings?

Maybe give a hint should be alright.

Did check out My History?

After your blogpost had been published, go to My History and check for a “number” figure.

For example, I saw “265” instead of new forum reply.

Next to it, you can see your earning for that blogpost.

I had earned 0.02 cents for my first article.

hence, it wasn’t a good one.

I wanted to edit but I can’t find any edit button.

Trouble is, how do I know how many people are reading my post?

I am still figuring that out now.

Maybe the support team could help us out.

Not yet there and not likely to reach there with kind of glitches the site is having especially in posting section. Either the comments disappear after posting or the pages take me to advert sites while still typing that either discourages me to write again or I submit without writing all that I initially had in my mind.

I am sure the site admin is aware about these problems and doing something to remove them. And the advert at the bottom is most annoying and disturbing to say the least.

@peachpurple I hope by me posting my earning not to offend or discourage anyone, I was actually trying to encourage all the members here that we can actually make good money from this site ($0.50 per day for me is considered very good pay). Though some people think it’s a very slow earning site, I just want to share that we can still make it if we write better quality and quantity forum replies and blog posts.

Another reason I am trying to work harder or faster is that, I am going to deliver my baby end of this month. So I am not sure if I still have time to work online after the baby arrives. So, hopefully I can make my first cash out before that. 😀

@morgoodie I prefer interacting with others too, I think it’s more enjoyable to do so. I still can’t think of what topic to write in the blog here. I am guessing LB prefers some evergreen contents, this is just what I think. 🙂

@4cryingoutloud Yes, I think sometimes it’s good to be surprised. I am trying to work hard because I want to try if I can make my first cash out very soon, then I can tell others that this site pays. That’s my intention. 😀

@ruby3881 You can find the individual earning in My History section. For mine, it shows the number of words in my blog and the earning for it, it doesn’t state “blog post”. Look for that, just a number, that should be the earning for blog post.
I always forgot to share the posts here. Thanks for reminding. I think referring visitors does help.

May 8, 2016 at 11:49 am

@sunil What do you mean by comments disappearing? Is it in forum?
If it’s in the forum, I am suspecting you clicked on the reply button to reply. I did that as well, and my replies were gone missing though I have been credited. That’s why I did not want to re-post again, as I might get credited twice. But, with the reply missing, others could not read what I responded to them.

I just straight away use the comment box at the bottom of the forum thread, and mention the member’s name by adding the prefix @. I guess I did not encounter the missing reply issue anymore by doing this. Hope this will solve your problem as well.

I do not like the ad at the bottom too, that’s why I do not like infolink ads. When I find it disturbing, I just close it. Glad that there’s a cross icon for us to close it. Perhaps the infolink ads will bring good ad revenue, so the team put it in.

May 8, 2016 at 11:55 am

No, I have never used the reply button so far and I am struggling with some other features like when I try to rate someone I am unable to do that although rating up is doing fine for me.

I am trying to find so many other things here like it has stopped bringing outside views for me on my last three or four blog posts. If it will remain the same I will stop working on this site.

May 8, 2016 at 12:59 pm

@peachpurple Yes, I did see that number & wondered if it was a post. Looking at it now, I think perhaps the points are related to length of post. Does that seem right to you?

May 8, 2016 at 1:11 pm

@ Kyla Matton Osborne  Yes it is very much the length of your post. You get anything in between 0;001 to 0.020 for your comments depending upon your comment’s length.

I can see the amount you earn for your comment 2 cents is for over 160 words. I will write another 160 rather and make it good blog. LOL
