My little grandson, 2 years old, has started to learn that brushing his teeth, with the help of his mom, is part of his bath routine. But a flouridated toothpaste isn’t good for children. Especially when they haven’t learned how to rinse the flouridated brushed teeth. Here are 5 simple and safe tips for brushing children’s teeth: 1. Mix 1/16 tsp. Vitamin C sodium ascorbate powder/crystals into luke warm water. 2. Soak in your child’s soft bristle toothbrush into the mixture. 3. Allow your your child to copy your smile and instruct him/her to open his/her mouth as you show your child how to. 4. Sing: “This is the Way I brush my teeth…” 5.
