Mantra is a form of sound and a compilation of sacred syllables, it is the most mysterious and powerful sound. The path to spiritual salvation by chanting mantras is known as Mantra Yoga. More than any prayer or sacrifice, according to the Bhagavad Gita, silent recitation of any mantra is most beneficial spiritually.
