Problems are a part of  any living things daily life, leave alone a human even animals and organisms face problems. It is a case of how you look at a perceived problem. Whether you look at it as half glass full of water of a glass half empty with water. If  you know how to make your way then the situation wont be a problem at all. But if you do not know how to navigate your way it would be a major difficulty and that would put a spanner in your works. If you are good at problem management then you would know how to prevent them and see that they do not recur and minimize the damage. You would also try to manage and see that you would not get into such a situation again based on your past experience and keep your eyes open and your years to the ground.

While it would be easy to say one can sit and easily preach to others and one would only know how it would be if that individual were to be in my place and the situation I am in. These are nothing but self pity and looking for a shoulder to lean and cry on. While it is always advisable to take the help of  well intentioned and well meaning people and they would try their best to help you out of the situation. It is always better to gram the bull by its horns and grapple take the  situation  head on after understanding and grasping the situation. If you feel so or have second thoughts about taking a decision it is always better to listen to people around you who mean well or you can also visit a councilor  or a professional in that particular where you need advice. Ultimately the these are only aids in your decision making. You have to think and discuss and take the decision and situation and face the consequences.

Facing the consequences will build our resolve in handling future problems with a cool frame and help in our decision making the next time. It will also increase our self confidence in our ability which is very important in problem solving or problem management. Experience is the best teacher but we can also learn from others experience and benefit. Don’t you think so? Think about it as food for thought.
