You gave a very good analogy of shifting gears. I think often we assume all days in life are going to be the same. But that is just not the case. It just makes you go into the flow when you know what is happening. I’d be unsure how to motivate myself during bad days. But the analogy of shifting gears definitely helped me get back on the zone I have. That’s what I am thinking currently. Thanks you for reply, I have lot to learn from your perspective.

@mahesh

Thanks for the input which you have provided. Today an interesting thing happened which I would like to share with you when it comes to sharing ones experiences. I have a student who is having exams and does not score good marks in that subject. But after practice here the student is able to give all the answers to the questions. This same student was very weak in the subject and was having no confidence in his abilities as he found the subject difficult. Last tests he prepared well and told me he would get good marks but failed to get what he expected. After this experience this same student was sounding overconfident again today.

I asked him one question which was this. Does  a cricketer batsman  know which is the ball he is going to face next and because he knows to play all the shots is he overconfident and whether it is a good thing. The student thought about this and said no sir. I asked why? To this he told how can one be sure of which ball the batsman is going to get. To which I replied similarly why do you feel overconfident. Do you know which answers you are going to get? He understood and said no sir I was wrong. I told him treat this exam as a match and use this analogy life will be easy for you as chances are you will be careful when writing the exam and do well, to which he nodded his head smiling. He got the message that was important for me. Hope this information was useful.

There is a true statement that for some it can be believed that it could be more challenging in being motivated, and places of business could be an example. A number of companies may have a less of an ability to relate to various people’s beliefs and the different variety. The possibility may cause less knowledge of the how to keep employees motivated.

For some people the obtaining of higher levels of motivation can increase levels of morality. A few ways of how motivation in an environment can be increased are to have more of a flexible setting in a task, and the quality of an area. Being focused to achieve is also essential along with modification of a something completed. The desire to achieve increases a utilization of available resources.

In motivative characteristics and challenges there are benefits for a business and a person. Things such as optimism and a reputation of something exist more when there is more of the ability for the characteristic to be obtained. For some one take care of their health and exercise, along with learning it can be of benefit with things of motivation and challenge subjects.
