How to Prepare Noodles

Boil 200gms of noodles which you get in the market in water with one table spoon of cooking oil. Strain the water and keep the boiled noodles aside. Then fry carrots, beans and capsicum approximately 50 grams each on low heat. Add the boiled noodles kept ready. Later add coriander, black pepper, sugar, citric acid, garlic, salt, chilly powder and other spices as per the quantity required or consumed by you. Later add soya sauce and salt again as per you taste or requirement and stir for about 2 to 3 minutes. Your noodles are hot and ready to be served. Serve with chilli sauce or tomato sauce or if you like you can add both before being served. Hope you enjoy the dish and have a good time.

But the variety which was used was the one which is available in the local market made by cottage industries and not the one sold by big brands. As many problems have cropped with packaged brands which are well reputed. These companies make a lot of sales by promoting their respecting brands on various medium of communication through advertisements like radio, television, newspapers, magazines, online and many other places.
They employ leading actors and actresses of different film industry and famous personalities to endorse their brands. People unfortunately are more than happy to buy a brand endorsed by their favorite star as they think reel life is real life. So whatever is advertised is to be believed to be 100 percent perfect with no health issues and is very healthy, but facts show a different picture when it comes to famous packaged brands. They contain many problems which consumers are ignorant or unaware of. A few of them are mentioned below.
One thing I clearly observed is in digestion as the next day excretion is a problem on days when one consumes instant noodles. Lots of preservatives and additives are added to make the noodles look very attractive and tasty which is not good for ones health. If you buy the home made unbranded ones you wont find them attractive but they are easily digested. Some other tests have shown that consuming instant branded noodles also leads to weight gain, diabetes, loss of appetite, are addictive, lead to problems of liver and digestive system and many more such things.
Some of the noodles are made with maida flour. The approvals and licences also are not properly reviewed and checked. You may come across expired brands being sold even after the validity date which shows how much companies care for customers health. The next time you want to eat something instant think of healthier options which are available. Always cook healthy and stay healthy. Do not use unhealthy short cut methods for cooking food as they may cut our life short. |
