Our mind is one of the most unexplored parts of the human body. While in the recent years a lot of research and study has and is taking place about this subject there are many secrets still lying hidden which have to be unraveled. While science will do its duty as human beings we without our knowledge, that is knowingly or unknowingly perform certain actions which some of us will be able to identify while the others may not know anything about it.

Here are a few methods listed below which will help us in the process:

1) Before going to sleep avoid playing computer games, view television, using mobile sleep in a noisy place or a room with lights on.

2) Just lie down relax and think what are the positives or at least not negative things which you feel make you feel upbeat and look forward to the next day with hope.

3) Avoid pessimistic, problematic, troublesome issues or anythings which will make you think deeply or make you keep pondering and delay sleep.

4) Do some mental visualization, think that you have a small dustbin by your side and all the thoughts which you feel troubling and unworthy of as a waste piece of paper which you are crushing and putting it in the dustbin. Once you do this do not think about it even the thought crops up think that you have dumped the problem in the dustbin.

5) Have a prayer or do some positive talking in your mind and tell what are the things which are achievable the next day which you would want to finish. That will reduce load and make your mind calm.

6) The mind is full of thoughts, all mixed up without being prioritized try to solve this by decluttering your mind. Rearrange the thoughts and actions to be performed in five to ten minutes then stop thinking about it. If you want dump you thoughts on a small piece of paper.

7) Do some mindful meditation focus on something you like say a picture of God or a lamp glowing, or the night sky with stars or some potrait which you like very much due to the scene or you can read some thing light like humor or you can simply stare at pillow covers or any pleasant motif which you like and which calms you.

8) Choose or keep things which are calming like colors of your choice which calm you or some patterns which are big and you can simply view to calm yourself and get lost in it by which time you would have dozed off.

9) Worries start to crop up and increase manifold if we are unwell or especially during the night times as the mind is weak with the days work and needs a recharge with sleep realize this and should any thing crop up tell yourself I will think about it only tomorrow morning when I plan my 10 minute schedule of the day.

10) Do not procrastinate about any particular thing and keep self pity, own up the good, the bad and the ugly, take the whole plate which life or the day has for you and make the best of it according to your capacity and in case somethings do not work out do not lose hope. Remember Thomas Alva Edison failed a thousand times before inventing the bulb. Have patience it will work out faster for us.

11) There is a pattern of viewing called guided mode visualization of the mind which you try to slowly practice. Go through the data or contact a specialist before practicing if you are not sure. Even animals have problems and have to fight for survival day to day, we are supposed to be the best so we have more problems according to our capacity.

12) Help others with your field of specialization because when we happen to see more trouble and try to understand them our troubles will seem very minor or we will get the mental capacity to handle them even if they are big. If you need help take the help of a counselor it will do a lot of good for you or you can speak with someone you have confidence in.

13) There are different forms of meditation each mind and each person is unique so choose what is good for you as only you can tell about that as you are the one who get feel good and positive about it. Choose one particular and follow that method even if you are on medication you can use it as an alternative therapy.

14) It is important to be self introspective and self critical but avoid overdoing it as there is a thin line dividing the normal from the abnormal and it varies from person to person and from situation to situation and case to case and place to place.

15) Be more observant and refer minute detail as we will know many things about our personality which we were totally unaware since all these years. Being mindful helps a lot. Avoid difficult, toxic and troublesome people whose thought itself troubles you.

Build your own microcosmic world and see that no different virus or thoughts attacks you and troubles your mind. Ultimately we are our best friends and that is how it is. Understand any health or other difficulty which we may be going through well to have a good grip on the situation. Interact with the outside world to the best possible extent diplomatically.

This is very interesting. Many of us suffer from stress related ussues every singld day, and sometimes it becomes so bad that even when you try to get them off your minc yhey just wouldnt leave uou alone.and i agree with your sentiments above, thd tipx are on point, you should always think positive thoughts, keep your mind off negative thoughts and worries all these help in relieving ond self. The wuestion is how do uph start when rverything is clamped up in your mind. Rakes time and a willing heart to let go of somd things. Thanks fof sgaring makes perfect sense.
