Every day we keep about people committing suicide due to different difficulties which they may be going through in their life. One of the reasons why the push comes to a shove is they do not share their issues with others or they are in such a situation that they cannot discuss the issue with anyone as they do not feel comfortable approaching them or are not confident approaching them would solve their issue. Another reason that they have no one to go or those who are there are too young to be told or discussed such issues with. They feel that no doubt there are people all around but there is no one to speak and communicate what is there in their mind. So all those people who are there around are for namesake and cannot be approached as there is no connect being able to be established. It is a completely psychological state where the power and rational of thinking of the mind is affected and disoriented. A large number of people are from broken families, going through bad relationships, unable to do what they were happy doing with, are medically having health issues which they are fed up going through everyday and they give up their fight. Their illness or weakness takes the better of them. Some more people are going through modern day pressures which they are unable to bear and life comes crashing for them so does it for the entire family who had got used to the security they enjoyed. People when thrown out of their jobs or laid off also go through situations which lead as a trigger to suicide. Awareness is lacking as to why it happens and neither has anyone got that time to go through articles in that topic. Even children seem to be pressured and committing such acts due to different pressure situations and their incapability to tackle them as many of the problems did not exist earlier. It is always the attitude that nothing will happen to me or my family, it happens only to others. As one ages chemical imbalances also take place in our body and we have to be careful about the pressure of work which one is wanting to take up and what one is capable of doing. One must be very careful about this particular aspects as very often we tend to ignore such things and also the message which our body gives as we do not find the time to understand our body’s needs. All these things result in taking of the extreme step called suicide. One must always remember whatever that they are important to themselves first and the family members, neighbours, colleagues in office and other places and the world in general. When we are there the world is there. All the time situation will not remain the same and things will change. Even if they do not change it does not mean one has to take the extreme step. Television and newspapers news also influence adults and children so do toxic characters or negative minded people or environments. The moment you realise that move away from such places and stay at a place where you feel safe. Or if you have to talk to someone do make your point of view clear politely and sternly. If you do not do this things will never change as we are the people who can affect the change and change is possible. Where there is a will there is a way. Your life is invaluable tell this to yourself when you wake up out of the bed daily in the morning and when you go to sleep during the night. You can also contact a medical health professional or councilor with the help of yourself or your family or friend. Say positive words and motivate yourself in different and doing things which you like. If you are under some issues related to mind, take baby steps or one thing at a time. Do not take more than what you can and stop when you fell so. Be in regular touch with yourself self introspect, do things or hobbies which you like or try to understand other difficulties your problems will seem less than that of what many in the world go through and that will take away a lot of weight from your mind and soul. We have only one life we should try and do the best we can to the best of our ability or the given situation. We should be realistic with ourselves and accept our limitations. While all this may sound to you easier said than done there is always hope many people have come out of the situation and felt happy that they are alive and regretted what they did and promised never to do such a thing again to their family and friends.
